第一个房间很脏，窗帘、窗户和卧室（套房）的空调都坏了，所以他们给我们换了个小房间，也是套房，不过因为新装修，而且更干净，所以房间更好。工作人员还可以。 哦，好吧，第一个也是最后一个。

Overall everything is good and the food is delicious

We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

Everything was great, the price, location, the food, and the staff. They're all accommodating and warm to their guests.

pesanan kamar saya tidak sesuai yang saya bayar, saya merasa dikasih kamar yang standar karena ukuran kamarnya yang kecil dan ranjang yang saya minta untuk king size tapi dikasihnya twin bed, dan pihak hotel mengharuskan saya untuk menambah biaya kamar jika ingin mendapatkan kamar dengan ranjang king size, dan terlalu banyak bertanya tentang tujuan saya menginap disana sampai saya harus menunjukan company ID saya, mereka beralasan tidak memperbolehkan menginap dengan tujuan leisure, saya menerima alasan tersebut karena situasi pandemic dan tujuan saya memang untuk meeting dengan kawan saya, dan mereka tidak mengijinkan kunjungan untuk tamu lain selain yang menginap dihotel tersebut bahkan hanya sebentar saja mereka langsung call ke kamar saya dan memberi waktu hanya beberapa menit untuk teman saya berada disana, padahal kami hanya ber 3 saja dan tidak ada tujuan untuk pesta atau apapun itu yang melanggar ketentuan hotel selama pandemi, namun saya melihat pada saat masuk ke kamar yang saya upgrade, kamar sebelah itu berantakan seperti habis party dengan banyaknya gelas dan botol wine dan ada beberapa tamu justru membawa anak mereka juga untuk menginap hotel, saya sempat bertanya apakah diperbolehkan anak anak untuk menginap dan mereka bilang tidak diperbolehkan lalu apa yang saya lihat barusan, saya tanya lagi, dan mereka bilang itu mungkin manager bertugas, oke saya terima jawaban mereka, namun pada pagi hari saya melihat lagi orang yg sama membawa anak kecil yg mungkin berumur 2 tahun itu sarapan pagi dan memesan makanan layaknya tamu lain, selain itu ada juga tamu lain yang membawa anak yang mungkin sekitar 8 tahun sarapan juga. pada intinya saya tidak suka dengan pelayanan mereka seolah olah saya ini tidak bayar, untuk hotel berbintang namun tapi pelayanan mereka tidak jujur dan membeda bedakan tamu hotel. dan juga kamar yang diberikan itu kotor dan berdebu. sangat mengecewakan

Nice Place! All staffs are very easy to approach.Even the customer service in regards of lost and found.My fiance forgot his polo and pants,then I immediately email Dusit Thani and wow! prompt responce tho.Thank you!

This is my first time to book in hotel.. hindi namn alam na ung entire stay namin is free breakfast to the point na ng cup noodles kme nung sunday ng umaga un pla naka free bfast din nalaman nalang namin upon chek out nakiusap kme kung pwede plated lang para hindi sayang ung binayad namin the fact na kakagaling lang namin ng hosptal because of my ectopic pregnancy nawalan kme ng anak ng staycation kme para kaht papano makalimot kaht saglit lang ung pain tapos ganun pa.. dalawang beses kme nakiusap sa reception kesyo hindi daw pwede on my part alm ko mali ko kasi hindi ako ng ask eh bakit hibdi sinabi upon chek in inoferan pa nga kme mg bayad daw for 3 un pla libre lang kasama pla sa binayaran nmin hindi sila marunong pakiusapan madamot sila sa ganun bad service

Not what I’m expecting for a 5 star hotel.

Dusit Thani Manila staff were very courteous, they made sure we had a wonderful time. celebrated my sister's engagement here. Recommended for family staycations. Lobby smells super nice also! till next time

One of our favorite hotels in the metro. It’s simple, no fuss and offers good service.

Hotel is in the heart of Makati malls are 5 min walk also cafes and taxi service the hotel staff are nice and the buffet breakfast has a large selection

I have no regrets staying with Dusit Thani Manila. Service is superb. All our needs and requests were noted and granted. Receptionists are accommodating. Foods are delicious. There's a lot of food to choice from. I intend to stay again with Dusit in the future. It may not be with Dusit Manila but with other country as well. Pls email me if there's a promotion. Thank you.

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Dec 25-26. However I hope they will provide free valet parking for guest/s staying overnight if their “free parking” is already full. I hope the management will also consider to repaint the facade of the hotel. Special mention to Gerald Uy for looking for rooms within the same floor since there were no connecting rooms available anymore. But waiting time for check-out was a bit too long. I hope they will consider to add more counters in the future.

Dusit thani is a great choice for travelers on the go who want to experience the hustle and bustle city of makati due to its strategic location; however I booked this for a staycation and it wasn’t pleasant! We had to move rooms thrice because their rooms stink (no exaggerations)! Plus, they didn’t put up a message in the rooms which indicated that bedroom slippers were not allowed at the dining area! So we had to go back in the room just to freaking change footwear... Their breakfast had great selections though... That was the only plus side of this trip.
