gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained

Understaff at front desk and overstaff at concierge! Poor soundproof and shower was weak, air conditioning unstable and noisy!

The breakfast is superb. The staff are very helpful and efficient

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years, even during the COVID period, so I know very well that the rooms are old. However, this time the experience was simply unacceptable. The room (705) looked fine at first, but during my 5-day stay all the deficiencies became evident: broken drawers, the clothesline in the bathroom was unusable because the cable was missing (only one side of the hook was there), the sink was leaking and flooding the floor every single day, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and the condensation after a shower with the door closed was unbearable. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to use it for a bath – it only functioned as a makeshift shower tray. On top of that, the bathroom sockets didn’t work, so I had to shave and dry my hair in the room. I have been coming here for over a decade and I know the hotel is old, but this time the room conditions were completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Very disappointing.

老牌酒店稍微陈旧但是都有齐全，早餐不错，房间宽敞，熨斗坏的，吹风机廉价，提供直饮水很好。位置好。

餐饮特别丰盛，早餐的泰式糕点很特别，我很喜欢，他们家我还住过其它一家都没有这样的选择。 房间大，交通比较方便。

국적기 승무원들도 이용하셔서 믿고 자주 이용하고 있습니다. 그러나. 금번 숙박중 바퀴벌레가 나왔네요. 기절하는줄...집바퀴벌레가 아니라 비교적 큰 바퀴였습니다. 관리에 조금 더 신경쓰셔야할 듯합니다. 또한, 10층에 머물었는데. 직원 출입문 바로 앞문이였습니다. 새벽에 왜 그렇게 잡담들을 나누시는지 방에까지 선명하게 목소리가 들려 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 주의가 필요 합니다.

Great amenities, awesome restaurants, and wonderful customer service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is very friendly. I’m never disappointed with Dusit Thani Manila.

おおむね満足のいく旅行になりましたが、最終日にバスルームで天井から水漏れが発生し、お部屋を変わらざるをえませんでした。 突発的な施設の不具合はなかなか予測するのが困難だろうと思いますが、点検やメンテナンスの徹底をさらに期待したいです。 技術スタッフの迅速な対応や、部屋の変更など、スタッフの皆様の迅速的確な対応につきましては、大変感謝しています。 施設の不具合を除けば、朝食やプール、お部屋のmakingupなど、素晴らしいサービスで本当に気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。感謝いたします。

Good service. Property looks old and tired, especially exterior.

Our home away from home continues to make us feel welcomed and deliver delicious food choices and outstanding staff service. From checkin to checkout the front desk , concierge, restaurant and housekeeping staff do exemplary professional and efficient jobs making for a stress free and comfortable stay. Big kudos to Jan, Monte, Warren, Bonnie and Jelo at the concierge desk, Aldrin and Marvi in housekeeping and Clets and Zaldy in the Pantry. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality. We will see you again on our November/December trip.

Great staff, great restaurant’s, great hotel!

Excellent location, near the malls. All day restaurant was great and the grab n go was ideal for a quick snack. I had a suite which was spacious with plenty of seating. Excellent bed. A good place for business and leisure

I almost give them a 5 star, however they failed my expectations when it comes to the restaurant service. They failed customer service.
