gym smelled funny opening hours not 34 hrs but most annoyed room very noise not soundproof can hear street noise couldn’t sleep. front desk staff didn’t care when mentioned on check out i won’t stay with you again i requested a quiet room but got this crappy old room , the bedlinen felt stale , dint feel fresh at all and the mattress war worn out need replacement asap , carpet dirty and smelly not maintained

Understaff at front desk and overstaff at concierge! Poor soundproof and shower was weak, air conditioning unstable and noisy!

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years, even during the COVID period, so I know very well that the rooms are old. However, this time the experience was simply unacceptable. The room (705) looked fine at first, but during my 5-day stay all the deficiencies became evident: broken drawers, the clothesline in the bathroom was unusable because the cable was missing (only one side of the hook was there), the sink was leaking and flooding the floor every single day, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and the condensation after a shower with the door closed was unbearable. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to use it for a bath – it only functioned as a makeshift shower tray. On top of that, the bathroom sockets didn’t work, so I had to shave and dry my hair in the room. I have been coming here for over a decade and I know the hotel is old, but this time the room conditions were completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Very disappointing.

老牌酒店稍微陈旧但是都有齐全，早餐不错，房间宽敞，熨斗坏的，吹风机廉价，提供直饮水很好。位置好。

餐饮特别丰盛，早餐的泰式糕点很特别，我很喜欢，他们家我还住过其它一家都没有这样的选择。 房间大，交通比较方便。

Another Nice and good experience

It was very nice and great stay! Great breakfast! Will definitely stay there again! Very convenient for shopping.

Our check in process with Christian made us feel special. He let us check in a couple of hours early which was much needed from a long flight. We let him know that our next flight out was late evening so allowed us a late check out as well. Lastly, he upgraded our room to the next level category which was unexpected at all. VIP treatment from an extraordinary front desk staff. Thank you Christian and Dusit for a wonderful stay.

Dusit Thani Manila is my home away from home. I feel comfortable there. They have the best buffet breakfast in the world, the best staff I’ve ever encountered in a five star resort, and I will be back in September October.

Room is clean and updated. Need more treadmills in the gym.

My daughter had food poisoning at one of their outlets.

Excellent staff

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. Bedding and towels were clean and the room was cleaned each day. Some furnishings seemed worn and tired. Also the windows were dusty. One evening there was a cockroach in the room but a member of staff very quickly dealt with the situation. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice of food and drink. Outdoor pool area and garden were well tended to.

I enjoyed my stay. The A.Y.C.E. breakfast is the best in Makati. The room was nice, but being woken up several times throughout the middle of the night, because of loud stomping coming from above our room ceiling was quite disturbing. I did call it in and reported it to the front lobby desk, but the loud stomping continued a couple of more times afterwards. I didn't care for the strong incense smell that lingered throughout the hallways and in the main lobby. It made me feel like the hotel is trying to mask a raw sewage smell problem, because the scent is too strong that it made me nauseous. Perhaps a more suttle smell, like a light clean linen scent would work better. The pool area was beautiful, but the bar area needs to play some music in the background. It doesn't have to be loud, but play something because it just made my pool day boring. The outdoor smoking section for guests needs a few rotating fans. It's hot, humid, and with 20-30 people smoking outside in such a skinny and tiny compact area, there needs to be some comfort for your paying guests. I'm pretty sure y'all can afford to invest in a few fans to help keep your guests happy. Not every employee greeted me at the Dusit Thani Manila during our 5-day stay. The service needs help in this area. Every single employee at the Holiday Inn & Suites happily greeted me throughout the day, and I stayed there for 9-days always feeling welcomed from sun up to sun down. Fix some of these issues and I'll come back, for sure.
