We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport. Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)! Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative. Highly recommend staying here if you like to eat, shop & be not too far from NAIA!

I don’t know if it’s the Dusit of just Philippine disorganisation, restaurants didn’t have a lot of their menu available, advertised wines not available , Dusit forgot my loyalty discount and food is really expensive for the quality

Overall need to update lobby and room decor and aesthetics.too much traffic in lobby.Attentive staff. Kind of slow check in process. I booked an executive suite for 3 people and at check in I was was told the suite only had 1(one) bed for 3 people??? It was unacceptable and would have been uncomfortably awkward 😕 I was given a smaller room with 2 beds, not really meeting up a suite category. My time was very limited to spend on complaining, so we made do of what we have. Location was very convenient for last minute shopping, dining and its near the airport. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you

Exceptional customer service, our California king bed was great! Our only main concern is the bathroom that has no door, which is quite different from the hundredths of hotel rooms we’ve been too. What matters most to me and my husband tho is their hospitality and the quality of service wherever you go. The location is a plus! Very convenient that you don’t need to ride a lyft or uber. Highly recommended! This is our new hotel to go to every time we are in PI.

Clean room but outdated carpet. Also the bedding is dirty but when we phone housekeeping they changed it right away. I booked a package with 6 days stay in Dusit unfortunately, it does not include breakfast although I choose with breakfast. It does not show in the details. Next time I make sure I tape a picture or video for documentation purposes. I’m dissatisfied we have to pay for our breakfast. The Dusit is a 5 star hotel but we were given a room that screams 2-3 star hotel. The carpet is outdated. The reception her name is Maia is good in general but I feel she didn’t really give us the support for the breakfast detail. The housekeepeing staff is excellent. The breakfast (we paid for it, apparently not included in the package is not bad). Our room is not big just a typical room overlooking the city. The refrigerator is not working. The only positive here is near to the mall and MRT.

Bathroom smelled like backed up sewer notified front desk and sent maintenance up and was advised to spray air freshener to mask the smell. Once you turn on the shower or sink, water would come out dark so you would need to run the water first. Rooms are not cleaned very well.

Friendly staff and a great location—everything is close by and easy to get to. The place is super clean and feels very secure, especially with the controlled entry that adds an extra layer of safety. The pool being open and easily accessible was a big plus, and the jet lag recovery amenities made our stay even more comfortable. We’re already planning to stay again! Also loved the festive Christmas decorations—they added such a nice touch to the whole experience.
