The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

They said my room was upgraded but I have to request a room transfer cause I was itching
So kind and quick to offer me to transfer me to a cleaner rooom but there were sewer bugs in the bathroom. The housekeeper was so nice to offer to spray to get rid of the bugs. The best was all the staff I met was so polite helpful except in one instance the female employee assigned in the transportation area was so busy on the phone and didn’t aknowledge that I was in front of her and I’m willing to wait.
The bellboys ate the front door were very helpful and ni matter how busy they were they will help you.VIP Access is not available in that Hotel and Expedia knew about this when I called Expedia before

The only thing the first room that we have was smells smoke but they change it to another one and then the room we got was the shower room, the water was over flowing that went to the toilet area so the entire bathroom floor was wet

Hotel was beautiful from the lobby to the rooms. However a few things made my stay a little uncomfortable.
1. The light under the vanity in the bathroom didn’t turn off and shined into the bedroom when trying to sleep.
2. The door to the room was not acoustically sealed.
3. I could hear every chime of the elevator as my room was next to them all.
4. Room service staff were very noisy during the hours of 12-4am when trying to sleep.
5. Guests staying also spoke loudly in the hallways late at night. Perhaps a please be quite sign at the lift lobby could help.
