We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

From checkin to checkout the front desk , concierge, restaurant and housekeeping staff do exemplary professional and efficient jobs making for a stress free and comfortable stay. Big kudos to Jan, Monte, Warren, Bonnie and Jelo at the concierge desk, Aldrin and Marvi in housekeeping and Clets and Zaldy in the Pantry. Thank you all for your gracious hospitality. Excellent location, near the malls. All day restaurant was great and the grab n go was ideal for a quick snack. I had a suite which was spacious with plenty of seating. Excellent bed. A good place for business and leisure

The Executive Suite I was first given was dirty and dusty...the carpets need steamed cleaning on the 14th floor. I complained and was moved to the 16th floor, room 1634 much better.
