We initially planned for an overnight staycation, but we were so happy with the accommodation and the hotel services that we ended up staying 4 days and 3 nights total! The room and bathroom were clean, refillable water is readily available on each floor, and in my opinion, the rates are such a steal for a 5-star hotel. The staff were super helpful and extra friendly towards our 3-year-old toddler. Needless to say, we will be back real soon!

The location is very strategic, walking distance to many shopping malls, such as Greenbelt where we can find so many good eateries! The service of the hotel itself is extra ordinary, they let us to do early check in, and the concierges also the security guards are so nice, they have two lobbies and they helped to inform our uber to pick us up at the correct spot. What an outstanding hospitality. Facilities is definitely super perfect too, not to forget to mention the bath tub. Enjoyed my late night bath ~ And last but not least, Breakfast is super good!

Courteous staff, everyone is accomodating and friendly. The pool and the gym with sauna was a treat. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. I have a neck issue though. Kindly consider a memory foam pillow for comfort. I did not request this because I slept like a baby every night still. The room is quiet and sound-proof , very conducive to a peaceful and restful stay.

What a lovely hotel. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. We stayed here for a week when we initially landed in Manila and decided to book here again for our last night before flying home. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Walkable to a lot of shopping malls and the greenbelt. Gym and pool are both great.

Room is so dated and smell weird, rugs perhaps and especially the shower room, stained. Deco is also dated, pillows are flat, good thing we asked for a fluffy pillow. I’ve stayed there 6 years ago and still the same- ancient room. Not to mention the lobby is cluttered, no class and old. I thought I’ll give it another chance- NEVER AGAIN 🙈 Staff are all nice though but that’s about it. I think it is so popular because of the Buffet Breakfast - but other hotels offer that too.

The room was poor old and the ac was so noisy had to call maintenance twice The pool was terrible holy towels no pool bar no life guard poor sun beds The lobby was great and the pantry The club lounge area was great the food was great but the service was poor each night there was over 50 guests but only 2 staff 1 doing the cocktails the other delivering the drinks suffice to say it was terribly slow . You need more staff at the pool and at the lounge
