Pinababa ko ang gamit ko tapos hindi incheck ng maayos ng staff nyo! Ngayon need ko pa ipaship sa Zambales gagastos pa ako ng 500 pesos sa shipping fee. pakicontact ako at pakibayaran since mistake ng staff nyo yun! tinanong ko twice kung naibaba na ba lahat ng gamit ko since sila nag-ayos sa kotse, clear na daw yung room pero un pala may naiwan na isang bagahe! Room 402 June 30 ang booking ko. Thanks!
NOTE: BASTOS ang customer service ninyo, i was still venting out about my disappointment tapos sinigawan nya ako. binabaan nya din ako ng telepono.
Contact me and tell me what actions were taken dito sa bastos na staff ninyo! hindi kayo munurahing hotel, people pay for your service ayusin nyo staff nyo!

Pros: Check in was a breeze. Got the penthouse at a reasonable price! Bed was extra comfy and the Spa like tub was a nice touch. Food was the highlight of our stay. Wide choices of meals. Cons: Not sure if the place was thoroughly cleaned. I'm seeing small roaches in the comfort room. No complimentary slippers and the TV (most important feature) wasn't working. WiFi was a bit slow too given we were staying at one their best rooms.

Nice and spacious clean room with awesome wall paintings decorating this chic hotel. Although the bar staff was a bit slow, I am hoping they will improve their service in due time. Staffs very friendly and easy to deal with. Good location in Makati too.
