Wonderful place for family to stay for our engagement party! Amazing breakfast buffet, beautiful facilities, right on the ocean, extremely supportive staff. We hated to leave!

This resort is a 10/5 stars. They went above and beyond with a particular incident when we were guests. My jowa lost her phone on the public beach located near the resort and the resort staff did everything they can to assist us. When we brought up the lost phone to staff, they immediately went into search mode, reviewed CCTV footage, and called local authorities to assist in finding the lost phone. Turns out, it was stolen and the local police were able to find and retrieve the phone. We were beyond relieved when we realized all the effort that was given to find our missing property. We couldn't thank the staff enough and we would definitely recommend this place. Just don't lose your things as people can and will take them.

It is very far from the airport but it is very nice

The property is very beautiful and you instantly felt very welcomed once you step into the lobby. All the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The only down side is that they only have one restaurant on the property, but they did have a good selection of food to choose from when you eat there. We stayed in the room on the ground floor that had the pool view and it was worth it, we had easy access to the big and massive pool and made it easier for us to go in and out of our rooms. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Puerto Princesa, the property is beautiful, it feels very relaxing and private away from the city, if that’s what you are looking for and the plus side the property is a less than 10 minute walk to the wharf that takes you to the Underground River!

Excellent resort, we spent 3 nights here for our honeymoon and had an incredible time!

Nice location and property in a secluded area. Excellent location if you want peace and quiet . If bad weather not much to do , so pray for sunshine if booking this hotel. Staff and service is enthusiastic , but can be frustrating if compared to refined employees in USA, Japan, Korea & Europe.

Mildewy odor throughout entire stay (3 nights) despite having AC fan on whole time and airing out room each afternoon when sun out.

I only have great things to say about the location and the stay. All the details were handled by the hotel staff. Our tours of the underground river and snorkeling were perfect! The tour guide was with us from the start to the finish. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection of enjoyable food.

Very good bang for the buck. The pool and the other facilities were on point. It would be nice if the pool bar was open past 8. Otherwise, I'd have no problem recommending this property to my friends and family

Restaurant service is not consistent with each meal. They are easily overwhelmed with orders that comes in. Instead of processing orders as they come in (first come-first serve), they process order based on simplicity or complexity of orders. An order of 3 cheeseburger and 2 chicken sandwiches takes 2 hrs to complete. Apparently, this is very complex for them. With one restaurant operating to cater to the entire guest, it would most likely be dinner time when you receive your lunch orders. They're definitely not operating on a 5 star service.

Awesome place

Over all I’d like our stay in Four points by Sheraton. We enjoy the bar in the pool side specially the bar tender Gerald and Mark both are knowledgeable about the area. Staffs always had service with a smile, courteous. The place is so serene and relaxing specially at the beach front. Well recommended to come and enjoy. Just one tip need to book your flight early to check in to enjoy the best of those days. Airport is 1.5 hours away from this hotel.

Location is great - Sabang beachfront and a short walking distance to Sabang wharf for going to Underground River. Pools were great. That said, there was no working elevators when we visited and we found out only after check in and was being ushered to the room (instead of being informed on checking in).
