I love it, its connected to the mall. But shower did not work.

Yes, everything were just few metersaway from the hotel.

I have stayed there before and the issue is at the front desk...the first time, the poor woman was by herself at 5pm trying her best to checkin 4 guests This last time, i inquired what time the morning shuttle would leave GO HOTEL for the 630 am flights...PAL and Cebu both have flughts aporoximately at that time The evening before my flight, one front desk staff told me 5 am for the shuttle, then, the 2nd staff member told me 530 am I wrote a review on expedia Later that night, i received a call from a GO HOTEL manager, apologizing for the confusion She informed me that it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive from GO Hotel to the airport. She THEN informed me that shuttle would leave at 430 am ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? GO HOTEL should be ashamed of the quality and lack of training of their front desk staff!!! It is not the staff!!!! It is ownership and upper management!!

Near mall best choice to stay

Mall next door was great but my room was very small I stayed two nights first

Rented room to nights first night was great price second night was more than double it was same room and they didn’t even clean it, had to ask for fresh towels, very small room no where to put your suitcase, nothing but bed and nite stand

Great stay and staff

Ok place to stay for an overnight. Connected to the mall. Lots of kids begging outside made it very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs to be updated. Toilet didn't flush.

Reasonable hotel in the heart of town.

Reserved a room on Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that they were overbooked and could NOT accommodate us. If that isn’t bad enough, they refuse until today to refund our money. This was all on the eve of typhoon tino and I was traveling with an infant. The front desk couldn’t care less and had no solution. They didn’t realize that they were still offering rooms online while local guests needing shelter were sold all of the available vacant rooms. Luckily we were near the airport and got seats on the last flight out.
