Close to a lot of shopping and dining options, very walkable. People gather outside their room and talk very loud, which is not the hotels fault. I was looking for a sign or notice about Quiet hours. There should be a posted designated times during which noise levels should be kept low to ensure a peaceful environment, during late evenings and early mornings.

For the price, this is the best spot around Tacloban. Great hotel in a prime location right next to the mall. Staff was great. Only complaint is the AC would not work good enough to keep my room cool to my comfort. But, it was decent enough considering I was there in August.

Looks old and not properly maintained. I was there 2 yrs ago and I had an amazing stay but now doesnt look great.

Should have a phone line in the room to call front desk staff etc. when needed.

Such a clean, safe, affordable hotel. And also right on Robinson's Mall Marasbaras

The checkin process was a bit slow.Only one staff was available in the counter while there was a queue (the supervisor inside the office could have help her).The room looks old and needs updating. Paint is faded and toilet has stained and visible damage. Lack of toilet paper.The room is too small that you cant have space to put your luggage if you have more than one.And you don't have enough space to walk or do some morning stretching.

Everything’s perfect, I ❤️ the location the BEST, very, very convenient to everything. Staffs are very nice, place is clean and we feel safe. Thank you much it doesn’t matter 2,3 star the important thing is safety and the people you meet everyday.

Good customer service. Easy check in and check out process. Great location. Good security. The place itself is old - need to do MAJOR renovations. The room did smell - like gutter - but it’s the same smell as the toilets from Robinson. I did had to purchase a room spray, but still had the lingering smell. If you want budget this would be the place.

Overall decent place for the price. Conviently next to mall although this causes problems for cars and parking. Kids begging outside
