Id say it was one of the better places to stay on white beach. Easy access to everything and the pool areas were great. We had the beach view room which was perfect.

In addition to the customer service concerns, we experienced significant room maintenance issues. We initially stayed in Room 209, where: The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was very warm. Water was leaking from the air conditioner onto the floor. My 4-year-old son slipped on the wet floor while walking to the bathroom. The bathroom sink had significant mold buildup. Because of these issues, we were transferred to Room 616 Prime. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning problem persisted. The room remained warm, and the unit provided limited cooling. As a result, we experienced discomfort during the night and had difficulty sleeping. The staff member who assisted with our luggage during checkout personally observed the room conditions and our discomfort while preparing to leave. As a parent, I was particularly concerned that my 4-year-old son was unable to rest comfortably on our final night due to the heat in the room. While I appreciate Trisha’s excellent service and the efforts of some staff members, the customer service concerns and unresolved room maintenance issues negatively affected our vacation experience. Based on this stay, we do not plan to return to Henann Palm Boracay in the future. If needed, I have photos and videos documenting the issues we experienced during our stay, including the leaking air conditioner, the mold around the bathroom sink, and the condition of the rooms. These records were taken during our stay.

Review of Henann Palm Boracay – May 7–14, 2026 We stayed at Henann Palm Boracay for 9 days. Unfortunately, while there were a few positive experiences, our overall stay was disappointing. First, I would like to commend Trisha at the reception. During our check-in on May 7, 2026, she provided excellent customer service. She was professional, welcoming, and made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. She deserves recognition for her outstanding service. However, my experience with another receptionist, Eriza, on May 12, 2026, was the complete opposite. Earlier that day, I had a friend visiting from Dubai who came to deliver pasalubong. The reception allowed her a 2-hour visit from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM without any issues. She was treated respectfully and professionally. Later that evening, after returning from dinner at Station 1, I received a call from the reception informing me that my visitors had arrived. The visitors were my sister, my 4-year-old son, and a head teacher whom I had treated to a Boracay vacation for the first time. The head teacher and my son were registered guests. Initially, someone at the reception informed my sister that she would be allowed a 1-hour visit. I agreed and even told them I would appreciate it if they could allow my visitors to come up to the room. A minute later, I received another call. The receptionist, who did not greet me or introduce herself, abruptly informed me that the visit would only be allowed for 15 minutes. 2 B continued

The grand sea view from had to be the of not one of the best sea views possible to the sea. Maybe the closest.

Henan Palm Beach was everything as advertised. If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay. We had no issues with the check in and the grounds were very clean. Staff was always very friendly and professional especially the staff at the morning buffet. We never had issues as security was very vigilant in keeping us safe from any outsiders entering the property. We really enjoyed the sky pool and Henan Palm Beach is located in Station 2 and imo they had the beach with minimal seaweed. It wasn't overly crowded compared to Station 3 properties closer to DMall. Everything is within walking distance as you can explore the many shops and amazing restaurants Boracay beach has to offer. I would definitely recommend doing the Island hopping as my boys swam in the underground coves and we cliff jumped and visited Puka Beach with a little bit of snorkeling. Remember to always negotiate as the first price is never the best price but this is their livelihood so be reasonable. Our private day boat cost us 4000 pesos for us 4 which did not include food or entry to the islands. You can also walk outside the resort if you need to do laundry which is a lot cheaper than doing with Henan. 5 star

Breakfast was great, pool was clean, close to beach. Chairs at beach put out early!

Check in went very smoothly. Great communication. Room had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was absolutely amazing. Buffet breakfast was OK the first three days and really good the fourth day. I really appreciated the team out on the beach, helping us with the umbrella and sun chairs. Can’t wait to come back.

I liked everything about the property pool side view from the balcony, great food from the restaurant, great massages from Barbie Ann, outstanding customer service. I have no complaints. When I return, I will stay there again.
