We had an outstanding stay. The premises were immaculately clean, and the food was exceptional, with the exception of the Sinigang na salmon I ordered for dinner, which unfortunately was not prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in an adverse allergic reaction that caused swelling and itchiness in my left eye. The staff were courteous, extremely kind, and helpful. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Our stay at Henann Palm was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and exploration. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The food was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a Premier Sea View room, and the view was simply superb. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was unforgettable and definitely one of the best parts of our trip. The Palm Tree Restaurant also deserves special mention—not just for its excellent food, but for its beautiful dining ambiance. Enjoying meals with such a stunning view made the experience even more special. Overall, Henann Palm offers a perfect combination of comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and remembered you every day and greeted with a smile and wishing you a great day. The rooms were well maintained, large and clean. Beach was great and only one day out of seven were unable to get a lounger. If no loungers available, they have mats to use on the beach. The hotel is in a great location on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, massages and activities. Highly recommend it, and will definitely book here again when returning. Have to give a shout out to the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and the security guard which always made my day with there smiles and greetings.

We arrived late afternoon and my first impression was, this was a mistake. There were huge crowds walking alongside the path along the hotel’s restaurant. The beach was crowded with people just hanging out like there was a party going on. But we woke up the next day and the crowds were gone and the blue water and the beach was beautiful. The hotel is very nice although it’s starting to get a little dated. The furniture is looking old and the room needs some updating, but overall it was good. Don’t expect privacy with the swim up rooms. The pool chairs, on the other side of the pool, face the rooms and there are always people around your room. The hotel restaurants A la cart menu was very good. The buffet on the other hand was just ok. The breakfast buffet serves much more “dinner” food than you’d expect. If you want traditional breakfast food, you can get pancakes, waffles and French toast but they are pre-made and not very good. The staff were great. They were all friendly and accommodating. One bizarre thing that kept happening is our room doorbell would ring in the middle of the night and there would be people swimming and being loud at 3 in the morning. Where was the security? The hotel was good enough for 4 stars and no matter where you are, you will always have the beautiful beach here.

Great place. Walking distance D’Mall. If you are vegetarian there is not really many choices of warm Filipino food available at the buffet. The direct pool access was perfect for my toddler. From the check in to check out was an amazing experience a lovely and friendly lady called Sweet did our check in she was so helpful and nice we arrived a bit early and she explained we could use the facilities while we wait which was really nice definitely I will come back thank you all and especially Sweet

We had an outstanding stay. The premises were immaculately clean, and the food was exceptional, with the exception of the Sinigang na salmon I ordered for dinner, which unfortunately was not prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in an adverse allergic reaction that caused swelling and itchiness in my left eye. The staff were courteous, extremely kind, and helpful. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Our stay at Henann Palm was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both relaxation and exploration. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The food was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a Premier Sea View room, and the view was simply superb. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was unforgettable and definitely one of the best parts of our trip. The Palm Tree Restaurant also deserves special mention—not just for its excellent food, but for its beautiful dining ambiance. Enjoying meals with such a stunning view made the experience even more special. Overall, Henann Palm offers a perfect combination of comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and remembered you every day and greeted with a smile and wishing you a great day. The rooms were well maintained, large and clean. Beach was great and only one day out of seven were unable to get a lounger. If no loungers available, they have mats to use on the beach. The hotel is in a great location on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, massages and activities. Highly recommend it, and will definitely book here again when returning. Have to give a shout out to the bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners and the security guard which always made my day with there smiles and greetings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. Pools were good. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, markets and centrally located on the beach. We could walk onto the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was good and happy hour cocktails were a good price. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late afternoon and my first impression was, this was a mistake. There were huge crowds walking alongside the path along the hotel’s restaurant. The beach was crowded with people just hanging out like there was a party going on. But we woke up the next day and the crowds were gone and the blue water and the beach was beautiful. The hotel is very nice although it’s starting to get a little dated. The furniture is looking old and the room needs some updating, but overall it was good. Don’t expect privacy with the swim up rooms. The pool chairs, on the other side of the pool, face the rooms and there are always people around your room. The hotel restaurants A la cart menu was very good. The buffet on the other hand was just ok. The breakfast buffet serves much more “dinner” food than you’d expect. If you want traditional breakfast food, you can get pancakes, waffles and French toast but they are pre-made and not very good. The staff were great. They were all friendly and accommodating. One bizarre thing that kept happening is our room doorbell would ring in the middle of the night and there would be people swimming and being loud at 3 in the morning. Where was the security? The hotel was good enough for 4 stars and no matter where you are, you will always have the beautiful beach here.

Great place. Walking distance D’Mall. If you are vegetarian there is not really many choices of warm Filipino food available at the buffet. The direct pool access was perfect for my toddler.
