Room Incidental - Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.
Room rate on February 16 and 17, 2026 stay includes. Mandatory Common Buffet Dinner for 2 persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of 2 pax in a room. If guests are less than the standard occupancy, 2 pax will still be charged respectively. Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to fight time, late arrival or other reasons. Extra person will also be charged accordingly.

My wife and I were here for our honeymoon and we got the sea view Room and the sunset view was amazing! The location is great! The only thing I thought is that the culture and staff is a little inattentive, stiff, and inflexible. Check-in staff did not acknowledge us when we arrived and because of this they checked in a guy that came in 10 minutes after before me. They made drinks at the bar for people who ordered after me. When asked for room service, if they can just do a redbull vodka, since it is not on their menu, they were unable to make it although they have the ingredients to do so. Other rules such as no bringing outside food, trading towel cards just to get towel service, and not being able to wear swimwear and sleepwear during breakfast are countless other rules that makes it feel uptight, instead of relaxing on vacation. Be aware that it is a small island, electricity is hard to come by, we did experience about 5 power outtages during our stay. It’s not a huge deal as the power came back within a minute or so. Besides everything stated above, it did not really hinder my overall experience as my wife and I still had a great time. I thought it was a great set up for a hotel, the massage prices are comparable if not better than outside vendors. The masseurs were attentive and focused on my knots, which was awesome! If I had known how good the massages were, I would’ve gotten one everyday! Overall, I would stay here again.

No geral, o hotel é bom, mas sinceramente não sei se vale o preço. Pontos a destacar: quarto espaçoso e confortável, localização com acesso direto à praia e café da manhã agradável. Em relação a equipe, funcionários da recepção, serviço de limpeza, massagem e piscina todos muito simpáticos, mas equipe do restaurante e praia um ou outro se salva na simpatia. Apesar de ser um resort, não há muito entretenimento (não que a praia e a piscina não sejam ótimas), mas com poucos dias acaba se enjoando ficar apenas lá e as cadeiras disponíveis na praia são poucas (fui em baixa temporada e tive já certa dificuldade para conseguir).

Stay away from this property! Me and my husband booked the most expensive sea view room and got a room with worn out furniture, mold in the bathroom and obstructed sea view. Staff was with little exceptions unfriendly and not customer oriented. On both sides of the hotel there are major construction works causing noise in the frand sea view rooms, the provided beach towels are worn out and stinky as if never washed. Hotel management doesn't take feedback seriously. The "luxurious" breakfast gives the feeling of a school canteen with jusice concentrate mixed with water, overcooked coffee or tea and constant reminder of possible penalties for food waste. Furniture in the restaurant is torn and most of the options not refilled as soon as basket or serving tray empty. Geraldinde at the reception gives you the feeling of a tresspasser and not a guest in a high class hotel. Any other hotel group on the Philippines will be better!

Upon arrival in Manila Nov 4 we were advised all flights on every airline to Boracay were canceled and unknown when they would resume due to Typhoon Tino. We had booked this hotel only 24 hours before and didn't know about the typhoon when we booked. We advised hotel of our situation and requested a refund since we didn't know when we could get there. We overnighted in Manila and flew home the next morning. All that was offered was to come back within 30 days and no other exceptions-not even a partial refund. This hotel kept our money for our entire stay of 4 nights. I feel robbed.

Upon arrival in Manila Nov 4 we were advised all flights on every airline to Boracay were canceled and unknown when they would resume due to Typhoon Tino. We had booked this hotel only 24 hours before and didn't know about the typhoon when we booked. We advised hotel of our situation and requested a refund since we didn't know when we could get there. We overnighted in Manila and flew home the next morning. All that was offered was to come back within 30 days and no other exceptions-not even a partial refund. This hotel kept our money for our entire stay of 4 nights. I feel robbed.
