沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！ 貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！ 一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！ 另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！ 沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！

不管環境服務地堙位置都不錯, 只有早餐不是很好, 很多人很吵

완전 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 위치도 좋고 숙소 시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절했어요. 물론 도시의 5성급 호텔과는 약간의 차이가 있지만 다시 보홀을 가도 숙박할 생각이예요.

We stay only for 1 nigth so we didnt have the opportunity of know better the hotel. What we saw was very good. I Hope we Will have other time to stay again.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent with so many dishes to choose from. We felt safe in the hotel. I would go back to Henann Tawala in a heartbeat.

Almost to perfection. It just took us more than 5 minutes for us to check our room when we checked out. We almost got late to our flight check-in.

Belle chambre Petit déjeuner juste correct : pas de jus de fruit frais. Seulement 2 sortes de fruits chaque jour et toujours les mêmes. Et obligé de réclamer du thé car pas à disposition. Peu de céréales. Yahourts au compte-goutte. Pas de choix low calories. Des gardiens irrespectueux qui vous traitent comme des voleurs parce que vous êtes du type européen. Alors qu’ils laissent vous importuner en continu des vendeurs à la sauvette et autres mendiants et prostituees. Interdiction de se baigner dans la piscine du hennan face a la mer. Alors que c’est le même groupe d’hôtels ! Pire : les gardiens vous font le chasse si vous tentez de le faire. Alors que la piscine est loin d’être surchargée. Et les gardiens préférèrent faire ça que ramasser les immondices , algues et autres plastiques qui se déversent toute la journée sur la plage. Rien n’est fait pour préserver ce lieu. La salle de sport est dans l’autre Henann et on vous fait payer un supplément y de 4,5 euros pour 2 pzrsonnnes. Alors qu’on a déjà payé 120 euros la nuit. Juste ridicule. Aucun bon sens client. Pas du tout commerçant. Pas du tout arrangeant. Dommage. Bel emplacement et bel hôtel. Il faut qu’ils embauchent un patron qui sache ce que le mot « client » veut dire

Fint hotell, men fryktelig irriterende å måtte logge seg på hver dag med flere enheter for å få nett. Mistet også nettet mens jeg ventet på bil til flyplassen. Dette siden jeg måtte sjekke ut. Trangt under frokosten. Hyggelig betjening.

작년에 이어 또 헤난 타왈라에서 휴가보냅니다~ 가성비 좋은 호텔♡ 직원도 아주 친절하고 주변에 편의시설이 많아 편리합니당~

I was surprised by the kind of breakfast that was somewhat less than the price. I stayed at other hotels too, but I was surprised by the small number of types for the price. If I can't increase the type, I think it would be reasonable if I cut the price in half.

The place and the service was amazing.

Limited food options inside the hotel. Way too many restrictions, does not allow food from outside to be brought in, no guest allowed in guest's rooms, no beachfront.

I would highly recommend the Henann Tawala Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel that sets very high service standards and excellent facilities.Location is perfect,close to lots of eateries and some shopping.The rooms are very clean,modern and have everything that you need.The resort’s grounds are well maintained so are all the pool areas.From the time you check in to the time you check out you are really looked after.A special mention to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my Birthday a special one during my stay.I am very impressed with this Resort and give it a 10/10.Well Done

전체적으로 좋은 곳이네요. 후기 잘 안남기는데 만족했습니다. 음식 만드는게 조금 늦다는 거랑, 화장실이 노후화 됐다는 점만 조금 아쉬워요.

Check in process chaotic. Systems not in place to manage guest load. Confusing as to which areas of the collective properties are available to which guests. Staff indescretion and up charges seem punative and unnecessary.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and excellent service, and all the staff were very friendly. great location. I would love to stay at this hotel on my next vacation

I stayed at this resort for 7 nights and was very disappointed with how a serious hygiene issue was handled. On the second day, I began experiencing itching. When I reported it to the front desk on the third day, they simply handed me a single-use ointment with no real explanation or concern. That evening, my friend also developed itching and signs consistent with bedbug bites. The hotel didn’t offer a solution—we had to directly request a room change ourselves the next morning. Although they agreed to move us, we had to carry all of our luggage without assistance. This completely disrupted our morning plans and added unnecessary stress. For a resort of this level, I expected much better cleanliness and guest service. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their hygiene standards and customer response.
