Minor irritants Mar our stay, like our daughter not being given service water at the pool bar despite having ordered pizzas and pasta as it was against company policy. Its not as if we didn't order any drinks, bec my husband and I ordered Margarita. It's just that my kid doesn't drink any soda at all. We have to go back to the room to get her water. Next finding something undesirable floating in the pool (video of the floating vermin showed to the manager). Unlike in henann Crystal were the walkway is deeper than the pool, in Tawala the steps are just above water level with 2 inch crevices filled with water draining to the pool. Imagine the dust from the shoes of all people walking going to the pool. The swimming area may appear larger from their publish photos but in reality some pool are just 3 meters from your room. Having booked a room with pool access, we have to endure the music-noise coming from the pool bar too. Better to book highernumbered rooms 122 onwards to get bigger swimming area and less noise. Booking rooms 100 onwards means either your veranda won't have any privacy bec of people walking about or in our case (rms 116- 121) contending with the loud bar music and noise from guests enjoying the bar. Needless to say after this, Henann properties would be least in our hotel choices in Bohol for sure.

The hotel is nice and clean. We love to stay at Hennan Hotel. The place is within walking distance of Alona. Beach as well
