Staff are accommodating and respectful and the hotel is clean especially the pool. What I dont like is that they dont honor Senior citizen discount in the hotel rooms and also in the dinner buffet. But overall is excellent.

沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！
貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！
一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！
另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！
沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！

From the check in to check out everything is a cash grab. Literally worst value of any place ive ever stayed.
From charging $7/ person for the gym to over $50 per couple per day for the neighboring pool. They tried to stop me from bringing in outside food because they have room service (with limited options that ends at 9pm) and the wildest part they charge you $7.50 if you have leftovers at breakfast buffet... i dont even know if thats legal. lol
pool was meh, food was meh, decor in the rooms are weird and cheap. If you want a super loud, rip-off of a hotel, this place is for you.
I will say the workers were great however... just following the horrific policies put in place by a company that seems like its going bankrupt or something.

Aufgrund des verheerenden Typhoons in der Nähe habe ich meine Reise abgesagt. Meine Frage nach Kulanz bei der Stornierung wurde mit der Aussage „müssen Sie via 3-Anbieter wo gebucht wurde klären, unsererseits kein Problem“
Der Drittanbieter meldete das dies Sache des Hotels ist, Hotel hat danach nochmals abgelehnt.
