I just wish that they would open the pool until 10 or 11 pm.

The Hotel is massive and always busy. The amenities are in best level. The room is amazing. The hospitality and customer service from the staffs are impeccably above and beyond.

1 bad thing. There 3 Hennans next to each other. Only 1 has beach access and its not this one. You are treated as second class guests because of that. You have to pay to use the gym. You cannot use the beach fronts swimmimg pool.

This property does not appear to make any exceptions, even in the event of personal emergencies. I recently lost an immediate family member just days before my scheduled booking and my request for cancellation was declined. I would urge others to carefully consider this when making a reservation, as my experience reflected a lack of compassion during a difficult time.

Awesome service! Visiting from Hawaii although I was born in Cagayan De Oro, and resided in Sagbayan Bohol, left at the age of 6 to Hawaii! Love the resort! Stayed at sister property Henann Alona

Terrible service and staff. Do not stay here. They only want your money and do not care about providing service to you as a guest. For the cost of the hotel, there are far better options in the area that can provide a more customer oriented service. Stay away.

Very poor customer service, not sympathetic to guest needs and charge outrageous rate . Not commensurate to value for room .
I was charge two extra guest at overnight rate in the room after 11pm check-in . ( could have offered prorate if they understand )., And additionally charge two breakfast meal ( normally they give free breakfast to guest) . Explanation from staff are not customer friendly , very dissatisfied with the overnight stay .
