Good location to Ocean Park

Once it was a good place, but now, the rooms are degraded, the towels in a deplorable shape, the sea view is a building site, and for the check out they hold you hostage for quite some time. 預訂此飯店公園景觀房住兩晚 第一天到達已23:30左右被告知免費升等二晚水族館景觀房 實在開心 房內有整面牆的活魚悠游觀賞可邊泡澡邊欣賞，其空間大 設備佳 廁所 淋浴 洗手台 泡澡浴缸都獨立分開，服務人員態度親切，在海洋世界中很親子家庭或情侶入住

地點非常好, 也很好停車, 水族房很漂亮, 床也很舒適, 早餐一般, 網路較慢, 旁邊是海洋公園, 超值的住宿

In the Ocean Park, quiet, clean but location is not so good, everytime u go out, need taxi

The fish wall in the room was spectacular. The restaurant ran out of pretty much everything. The bar was closed. We were not allowed to buy a beer at the restaurant and sit somewhere comfortable. We landed up checking out early.

The breakfast buffet has only limited food choices. We have free access to aqua pool park and it was very hassle to get in. The staff of the aqua pool park asked my husband to see the receiptionist from the hotel because they are looking for QR code, when my husband asked the hotel receptionist they told my husband that the receipt was enough to let us in. Anyways to make the story short it was very disorganized,the only positive comment is that the hotel receptionist were kind and helpful. And by the way, i don’t know if we were haunted during our stay between 4 am - 7am we heard a noise outside of our room. Since we booked an ambassador suite, we thought a housekeeper was cleaning our room because we heard someone is cleaning up. When i got up there we no housekeeper and the sound stop. Its just a different feel.

Horrible and uncomfortable. Rooms smell like musty body odour as there is no air flow. Showers smell like a urinal. Walls are paper thin all Night could hear large families partying, moving furniture and slamming doors. Also there is no pool!!! Even though there are pictures we were given 1 ENTRY ONLY!!! For our family to some aqua park. Horrible stay. Abysmal atmosphere Toilet paper 1 roll for a family of 5!!!???! I wouldn’t let a family pet stay in this hole.

Kids enjoy much

Musty smell, kids running and screaming up and down hallways and in rooms.

The room.is clean & fresh. Thou the extra bed is too pricey & the staff of the hotel not mention that we have free breakfast meal for the extra bed promo. But overall we enjoyed our stay in hotel H²O.

- shower areas could be a bit cleaner (mould between cracks) - only one roll of toilet paper - wifi was very slow - hotel had a strange check out procedure with a ticket

The room was very disappointing. The bathroom was a mess. Toilet paper holder was disconnected from the wall. The water fpr the shower was cold and leaked into the room whule showering. The headboard of the bed was cracked and the light fixtures were not connected properly. The electric sockets could be used unless the lights were turned on.The buffet for breakfast was over priced for old cold food. That had some very serious health issues. Raw and spoild fish, stale and hard rice. Dishes still greasy from not being washed properly. The contact number for the hotel is unreachable. After trying to call to confirm the booking. Even Expedia agents couldn't connect with them.

Nice hotel, a bit dated

From staff to room and the facilities. 10/10. Will recommend this to family and friends as a destination to one day visit.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THE ROOMS WERE INFESTED! THERE WERE SMALL COCKROACHES ON MY BED AND ON THE NIGHTSTAND!!!! PARKING WAS FAR. CHECK OUT TOOK AWHILE.

What was once my favorite Hotel in Manila has turned into Hotel that has gone down hill. My favorite part of this hotel was being able to eat at the restaurant on the belcony and watch the beatiful sunset over the ocean, I couldnt do that this trip because the restaurants now close really early, no more afternoon or night hours. This was a huge dissopoointment for me because thats the whole reason I booked this hotel. The rooms had cockroaches, they did move us rooms twice because 2 of the rooms ended up having a lot of cockroaches, the 3rd room was finally cockroach free. Not sure if im going to book here again in the near future as I might explore some other hotels in the area

The hotel was hard to find and not well lit for an entrance. Then when I checked in the first room, I checked into had cockroaches and or water bugs in it. They were on the bed. They were on the wall. They were in the bathroom. It was gross. I checked three other rooms and found the same thing in three other rooms finally on the fifth room that room didn’t have any bugs so I stayed in that room. The staff were friendly and I guess for what I paid. I wasn’t real happy with the way the room was.
