員工非常熱情與熱心~服務非常好~~但飯店內缺乏曬衣服的地方~~泳衣都不會乾~

我只有在這間飯店待一天IL Mare Sakura Resort Boracay.飯店外面有洗衣服務，一大袋150P。 飯店出來通過主碼路繞過小徑，可以到S1沙灘(約5分鐘腳程) 缺點是房間有點小，我們有兩個大人，兩個小孩，所以空間上算擁擠。自助早餐水果樣式挺多，有西瓜鳳梨芒果香蕉，還有點心muffin 11歲(含)以上小孩要自付早餐錢3XXP，所以我另外點蛋三明治100P很豐盛，還有附薯條，小朋友吃得很開心。孩子不見得喜歡自助早餐。值得感謝的是，餐廳說11點過後才能點memu裡的餐點，我告訴他們原因後，他們才特別通融幫忙做的。 it's close to S1 beach. It's about 5 mins to S1 by walking. you can swim and see beautiful fishes in the beach just around the willy rock. at about 150 CM, you can see fishes under the sea. breakfast is various; employees are friendly the room is small...

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and other amenities, which made everything so convenient. What really stood out to us, though, was the level of personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They truly deliver 5-star hospitality while still making you feel at home, which is a rare combination. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully tailored to our preferences each morning. It felt less like a standard hotel breakfast and more like a home-cooked experience made just for us. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a stay where comfort, location, and warm hospitality all come together, this is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff was excellent, clean rooms, upgraded our room into 2 rooms even. We have 2 elderly parents though and too many stairs.

The staff at this hotel were great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool. I will stay here again next time.

The staffs are very friendly! I enjoyed my stay here. Pretty close to the beach but you have to walk a little bit to get to the busy area/ restaurants which i didn’t mind. Place is pretty nice and they had good water pressure. They also have water station every floor which is amazing!

Every thing good except no elevator. My room was 3rd flr. Im still happy with IL Mare Sakura.

Great place to stay that is pretty central. Even though we stayed on the 4th floor, the staff helped us with luggage up and down! Greeted us every morning and were very helpful!

Staffs were amazing

NOT SAFE. MY MOM AND SISTER LEFT THEIR PHONES IN THE HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO BRING IT DURING THE WATER ACTIVITIES. WHEN THEY COME BACK AT THE ROOM THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND THE SIM CARD IN THEIR PHONES IS NOT THEIRS ANYMORE. THEY JUST NOTICE IT AFTER THEY GOT BACK TO MANILA. THEIR PHONE IS NOT WORKING / DATA EVEN IF THEY HAVE A PLAN. IT TURNS OUT THAT SOMEBODY FROM THE HOTEL STAFF SWITCHED THEIR SIMCARD. ITS NOT OKAY! THAT IS THEFT. AND MAYBE THEY ARE PLANNING TO USE THE SIM CARD NUMBER TO SCAM PEOPLE FOR GCASH AND TO OPEN THE BANK ACCOUNT OF MY MOM. PLEASE ACT ON THIS MANAGEMENT!!! Review the CCTV who enter our room! Kf you dont act on this incident, I will report your hotel. Thanks.
