Overall, I like this hotel. It's close to the beach and city center, and the room is huge. I got a room with 3 beds and a good view. The front desks are really helpful. They helped me get a hopping islands tour and a van to the airport with kindness and friendliness. Thank you! :)

Very poor in general. Most things in the room broken. Had to request multiple times to fill toiletries as all empty.
Poor checking process and don’t for get the 4 flights of stairs to climb. Would have moved hotels but nothing else available in town.

The room was basic but we had what we needed. The downside was there was a gap in the door to the patio. There were tons of ants in our room despite not having and food or drink. Our bags were covered in them. We ended up hanging our bags off the rack in the shower and that helped but still lots on the floor. Talking with other guests they had the same problem.
