Hotel in good location. Rooms are very basic & need better furniture, (wardrobe door & shower doors did not work). Very good breakfast & friendly staff.

Excellent staff. We stayed 3 nights and staff moved us from third floor to second floor due to my age. Also very helpfull in booking tours and tuk tuk rides at low fares.

Breakfast was terrible, had to go buy something else every morning. Staff were extremely unhelpful and at times rude. Small rooms, ant infested (patio door doesn’t seal at bottom). Very loud between other rooms. Avoid this place.

Room was clean, staff were courteous, breakfast was good, location is close to the boat tour, restaurants, souvenir stores. Over all we had a good 2-day stay at this hotel.

Staff was excellent very helpful and accommodating Simple breakfast with a few options. Hotel was definitely a jewel amongst street life very clean and upkept.

Staff super friendly. Hotel isn't flashy but just right and room was super comfy. Super convenient to stores, restaurants, beach, and bars. Easy to get transportation if you're looking to go to near by cities in tricycles. Overall, perfect place to enjoy El Nido with great pricing.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. But an unpleasant smell of a restroom is very strong when you enter the hotel. And the property needs renovation to keep up with other hotels in the city.

I believe the hotel was misrepresented in the photos. Its a ran down hotel and i think the photos online must be from 5+ years old. To start we had numerous flying ants come from the aircon, wifi was almost unuseable within 15 ft of router with 4 bars connectivity. It was like they had the internet throttled. There was a filthy mattress laying against the wall outside our room the two days we were there. We were booked for two nights and left a day early and forfeited the second night there.Our breakfast was lukewarm at best and we were there right when breakfast started at 7am. There was construction going on that started hammering at 7 am. The only good things I can say about this place is its location and friendly staff. We checked out early after staying one night and finding a place around the corner that was less expensive and 5 times better than this place. You are better off finding someplace else. I cant believe the rating on this hotel was as high as it was.

Beware, the phone number listed through Expedia and Google are not for this hotel. Tried calling several times and no answer. We booked for 4 because that was the max allowed to a family room even though there were 3 beds and plenty of space for more than 4. Once we arrived at the hotel we were told each extra person in the family room is 700php per person per night. One of the reasons we were trying to call in advance was to ask if there was any charge for extra persons. Then upon our check in we were told the breakfast buffet was being canceled and we’d have to place a plated breakfast order with limited options. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons we booked. Fortunately, they changed their mind and honored the buffet for the duration of our stay. Our room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Their hallway and common area to go up the stairs was so hot and difficult to climb 4 flights of stairs. for our room, the Aircon in our room was not working strong, so we requested a floor fan to help us sleep. On the 2nd day, housekeeping removed our fan from the room without warning, and since there is no phone in the room or phone to call we’d have to go all the way downstairs to request the fan. Very inconvenient! The reception told us that housekeeping takes away the fan during the day to “dry the towels and sheets”. Hello???? You can just buy extra fans for the guests to use or at least return the fan you took! Would never recommend this place or stay again.

The property is a bit old internally, but it did the job. I would say, the door system is a bit flawed, a bit difficult to open and pull the key out when you lock it. The breakfast was really nice though, your traditional Filipino breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Wrong date was entered for our stay they would not refund or change to correct date even tho it was less than 24 hours after i noticed the date The agent said sometimes there is a GLICH in the system i had to book another hotel and loose £350.00 would not use expedia ever again

Bra hotel på som ligger på gatan precis bakom allt nattligt stök. Vilket föranleder att det upplevs tyst och avslappnat. Stora rum, bra sängar och en väl fungerande Smart-TV. Frukosten är okej och service trevlig. Återkommer gärna.

The place is really dated and the beds really small and uncomfortable. They’ve also had us in a room right by the street which was very challenging as you couldn’t sleep early or wake up late due to the noise. It’s in an incredible location, but because the structure is so precarious makes the stay there a very unpleasant experience.

About the only good thing about this place is the location and the friendly staff, breakfast is decent. As for the rooms, there were many broken tiles, the doors were see through due to cracking, the glass door was shattered, and absolutely no sound proofing. There were people working and partying outside all hours of the night and day so sleep does not come easy, I did not get one full nights rest. The bathroom had a gross smell to it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning hardly worked so it was very hot at all times even after leaving the AC on 24/7. Would not recommend this place to anyone or their dog. Very dissatisfied especially for the price. When the issues of the room were brought up to staff the response was “we will have maintenance check it out” nothing was actually done. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.
