I booked for standard room here I am they gave me a very old room that looks very very old the faucet is not working well in the shower also leaking something in the toilet it is really bad, then I ask them to move me somewhere decent and comfortable room but they gave me the same room in the same floor still the room looks so old very dusty, toilet sink is not clean, the light in toilet very dim, and blinking when you turn off quite creepy, there’s not provided lamp shade, electric kettle, coffee, etc and the worst part of the room is the air conditioner that making noise overnight very old dirty air conditioning I booked from this hotel to rest before my flight the next day morning but I didn’t well resting it was really a bad experience I will never recommend this to anyone.. the picture looks good when you book it online but in reality it was really horrible..

The room was not sound proof at all threw the whole night besides the road noise also had a recording either form the police or the company working did not get much sleep then we had the car rental drop off the car and they were told they could not enter the parking lot

The room is okay. The only thing is their towels are not white anymore. Its old like a rug when it’s wet. I complained to them about it. The staff are nice and courteous.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was both delicious and affordable. However, there wasn't enough space in the room to open my suitcase. The biggest issue was the TV—I couldn't figure out how to use it, and even when I followed the manual, it didn't work as described.
