Every time I'm in Manila, Kabayan Hotel is my place. I love it, the staff are friendly, and I am satisfied with the room and the cleanliness. Very convenient and accessible to all transportation systems.

Pas check in luama banget mpe sejam 😭 staff resepsionis cumn 2 trus pelan banget layanin customerny. Untung pas giliran gua bentar doang. Cuman y sampe giliran gua check in uda makan waktu sejam lebih. Overall, kamarnya okay walo ga ada hairdryer & complimentary kayak mineral waterny cumn 1 botol kecil pula. Y not bad, cuman kalo suruh balik nginep sini mungkin ga dulu.

Old room, toilets don't have hangers, there is that smell of old room, aircon was not up to par.

Comfortable to stay. And clean.

The receptionists are busy all the time the line is not helped, it 's hard to get us to check in counter only for they copied passport without permission and asked us to wait 3 hours due to uncleaned room.

I had connecting flight from HKG to CGK. And I decided to stay a night in this Hotel, for solo travel it was so good, room clean and comfortable, Keep your good service! Thank you

I didn't stay but the sister of my sister-in-law stayed at this hotel. She told me that. At first the receptionist is not letting her to enter the room because he cannot find the booking/reservation we made here in app. Then she said when someone/another guest walked in, the receptionist allowed that person to enter. Sabi niya na lang daw, "kaya nga ako nag book prior kasi ayoko ma hassle tapos yung kakadating lang, pinapasok nyo na." kaya ayun, from pad twin na upgrade daw room nya sa standard room ata yan or standard. Premium. Kasi naman, kailangan pa bang tumubo muna ang sungay/pangil bago magbigay ng good customer service. 😅 yun lang naman, so far... Okay naman daw. Pampalubag na ata yung in upgrade yung room niya. Lagi naman kami nagbbook dito sa kabayan, aside from malapit talaga sa airport, pwede ka pa maglakad lakad somewhere in baclaran. Tapos good thing, lagi sila nag aallow ng early check in time. 🤗

Room not clean, I booked queen bed but at the room is 2 single bed become together hm.

Not compartable room for its price. Dissappointed.

Overall stay was very good. The only thing that needs improvement was the front desk during check-in time. Would be nice if you have a separate line or counter for walk-ins and those who have reservations. It almost took me and the others 30mins waiting in line.

The accommodation 's location is great. But about the room itself, it 's disappointing. Not clean, especially the toilet. The room is too small. Pricey. Unlike other hotels in Manila where my family or my husband stayed they offerred an affordable, clean, and a nice stay. It just so happened that I booked a bit late that 's why I wasn't able to choose a good one. But still hoping for their improvement.

The room is full of small cockroach and I asked for another room even ill pay extra they said its full. The hotel should be fully sanitized and spray for cockroach. Not so good experience. Before I always like to stay in kabayan. So disappointed.
