It was great

Pool never opened and I stayed with my family Children were very disappointed

Nice and trustworthy staff

Not crowded. Clean pool. Delicious and plentiful prepared food dishes.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture and cabinets were a bit worn, but the room was clean and comfortable. Reception took care of a couple of small issues I did have. Like most places I would have enjoyed a few more pay Premium channels. The property was clean and tidy. The pool could use some attention. The restaurant and new bar were excellent. The staff was very attentive and very professional…. Also very cute and funny!! I will staying here again!! Thanks everyone!!

Hot water did not work Started construction at 8 in the morning right next to the room. Bad smell outside the room from public restroom

Property is older and not well maintained or kept. Parking sucked. Restaurant had limited food items available from the menu. Breakfast items was also very limited. Pool water smelled like oil / gas. Customer service was non-existent. I should’ve done my homework and gone with other options that I found out about later.

Unexpected very loud parties, no warnings, No concern for older, family guests. All parties and party goers were given special treatment.

Property was old and dated. But staff were friendly

Amazing views of the water. The staff was very friendly and kind. Very relaxing place to go and enjoy time in the province. The prices were great.

The property has an excellent restaurant. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious especially the grilled fish. The big problem is that because of this it’s very popular and the restaurant is critically understaffed. As for the rooms, they are ok; the aircon is very noisy and not powerful enough for the room size. I booked two rooms but at check-in they insisted that I only had one until eventually they found the second booking. Initially I was given the wrong room (twin beds instead of a queen bed). The property also advertises a ‘pool’ but it was badly maintained and looked unclean. In summary; the restaurant is excellent, the rest of the experience was mediocre.

The hotel in general and or room very clean

Was there for only a 3 day stay, but i could have stayed longer. Housekeeping kept our room clean, the in house restaurant was handy for something small or an actual meal. Staff was great. Hope to be back again next year.

Such a nice place to stay with a big pool and excellent restaurant right on the water. We really enjoyed morning coffee listening to the waves.

Not enough liquor selection in the bar Staff is very enthusiastic

Worst hotel ever stayed at. No amenities in the room. No jug. No coffee making facilities. No drinking water supplied no soap shampoo or toothpaste or toothbrush ask reception how I can have a coffee in the morning and they weren’t interested.For the facilities and age of the hotel very very overpriced 0 stars
