The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window and close the door, it helped to minimize the noise.

The staff was fantastic. They were even two massage chairs in the lobby that felt great after a long walk. But there was no water pressure in the room. In other words, no shower I had to fill a bucket and mix it with hot water in order to have what I call a bucket bath. There were a few ants in the bathroom that I addressed with some bug spray that they gave me to use. They sit on the side of the main road, so the traffic can be somewhat overwhelming as far as the noise. The Wi-Fi was good, but I never use the TV. Overall, it was an average stay. And it did appear that the rest of the hotels there were also on the side of the main road. No American breakfast or food was available on the third floor. Had to resort to the McDonald’s next-door to get something to eat.

This property has no hot water, but that’s common with this type of hotel. No free food or drinks, but their offerings are not expensive. Excellent view of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop dining room, and other restaurants and services are nearby.

Perfect spot for the Mayon Volcano view. It's located near a 24-hour McDonald. The A/C in room A5 did not cool the room.

Excellent location on main road, next to has and McDonalds. Cagsawa Ruins less than 2 mins away.

the view of Mayon Volcano is great (only a bit blocked by McDonald's - not hotel's fault). the staff are super friendly and helpful. it is undergoing renovation so hope it will be better in terms of facilities/amenities. it is far from the city for those who need that.

The view was great. The people in the area were pleasant and kind. I rented a car there and driving was a thrill.

The biggest problem with this property is that they have no backup systems in place to cope with an electricity power failure which happens frequently. At 3am the power went off; there is no backup generator and no emergency lights in the bedrooms, so you are left in complete darkness and with no air conditioning and no fans the heat is unbearable. The only choice is to get out of the room into the cooler outside night air. Not a great option when you plan to check out at 5am.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.

I truly surprised the place, it is much my expectation, very accomadating staff, they always wear smiles. Very responsive to our concerned.,i love the place very clean and maintain, so I really love the people.. in yet very reasonable price.. but I liked most the view on the top of building, viewing one of seven wonder of the world. Quick check in, clean rooms and bed very simple and nice place to stay for the price. Rooftop view deck was very nice as well

Had a slight problem upon check in because the hotel staff didn't get the reservation. Bathroom needs improvement, but the roofdeck has excellent view of Mt. Mayon!

Vi var i Legazpi när vulkanen var aktiv och det rann lava från den. Det var mycket därför vi valde detta boende så att vi kunde se vulkanen på nära håll, så det var riktigt häftigt. Deras rooftop är mysig och dör kunde vi sitta på kvällarna och spela kort. Det är en bit in till stan men det gick smidigt att ta sig ner dit vid behov. Rummen var enkla och hade det man behöver. Så totalt sett var det ett helt okej boede.

The wife and I booked the room on the spur of the moment to watch the eclipse and active volcano of MT Mayon. Upgraded our room and let us register early no extra charge. Friendly staff and great food on site! We will defiantly check here first if we return to the area!.
