Location is good, near Red Street. Facilities and room interiors are old. Need renovation. "Do not disturb" and "Clean room" switches are not working. Cleaniless is not satisfactory. Some small cockroaches inside room.

A little cozy hotel situated right in the heart of Angeles, within walking distance to all the major clubs, bars and shopping mall. It is clean but apparently hasn't been renovated since it commenced service decades ago. The design and refurbishment is very 80-90s ish. The pool bar is great, lovely food at a very reasonable price. Staff are very nice and helpful, great choice for business travellers

Mixup with booking, got smoking room, instead of non-smoking room I always request. Staff said no smoking rooms not available, but this was after 30 minutes back and forth with a supervisor on phone calls. Then they said a maid would clean out smoking smell. Went up to room and it smelled terrible, overpowering cigarrette smell. Could not stay there without coughing. Asked for refund. After one hour of calls between hapless desk manager and supervisor, requesting simple refund, supervisor told me on phone he would not refund, despite the stinky room I was given, and unwillingness to give me a different room. I even said I was willing to pay for upgrade . For my own lung health, I had no choice but to walk out, cheated by a bad place, with no customer service skills.

今回の宿泊は、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 お部屋は清潔感があり、隅々までしっかりと手入れが行き届いていました。ベッドの寝心地も良く、ぐっすりと休むことができました。また、設備も充実しており、快適に過ごせる環境が整っています。 立地も非常に便利で、食事にも困らず、滞在を存分に楽しめました。 全体を通して大満足の滞在でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思えるホテルです。

They charge me for merchandise from the minibar that I didn't use and they make me feel like I'm a thief horrible experience

Location is not great. We requested a higher floor due to security concerns, but Hotel Staff is not accommodating.

Allways good everything

The one woman at the hotel registration was very rude I asked if I can be put on the high floor she told me that only the VIP can be put on the high floors and what I paid can only be put on the lower levels which was the 2nd floor be aware of this hotel they don’t like to accommodate you at all.

We were sent to the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast. We thought it was included with the stay. They could’ve recommended a restaurant nearby for a decent breakfast but made us believe that breakfast was in the steakhouse in the lobby and was inc. It was expensive and the food - especially the coffee was very bad and stale. This was dishonest A good hotel staff member would’ve given us the information we needed for a more comfortable stay instead of deceiving us. I was told the steak house had a different management from the hotel. What does that have to do with anything? The hotel itself was ok. Location excellent. I would not stay there again because I don’t like to be deceived or treated like my business doesn’t matter to them except to make a quick buck by getting a substandard breakfast with coffee that tasted like burnt s***. It seems the Philippines has a reputation for this.
