這是一間在宿霧市區相當不錯的商旅飯店，空間非常舒適，該有的設備都有，雖然是四人住，但有二房二衛二廳一廚還有洗衣機，整體性價比相當不錯

1.location is okay, but the rout to the Ayala mall is not convenient, not short, not safe. 2. the room is shut down due to the power, not okay, we are shut down at least for 30 min, carzy! 3. can not earlier check-in and we have requested the a second room to be next to each other in advance, but actually only the same floor, not next to each other!

Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.

Yes, the room is spotless and the staff are courteous. Breakfast is amazing.

Excellent place close to Ayala center, well furnished and appointed apartments, staff is amongst the best we dealt with.

Housekeeping excellent service

HORRIBLE- Management smiles, says "yes sir"... and never fixes the numerous problems broken microwave, no utensils, tv one channel, dozen that don't work, shower and bidet leak, water always in bath floor.

water leaks, TV don't work, antiquated if you complain to Management they just make excuses. Send you a couple pieces of fruit rather than fix things.

ホテルは２度目の宿泊です。以前はクエストホテル、今回はレジデンスに宿泊しました。どちらも最高ですが、レジデンスはお部屋が広く尚良かったです。ベッドも快適ですし、飲料水も１ガロン用意されていました。徒歩3分でアヤラモール があり、レストランも豊富です。アヤラモール 内にスーパーマーケットが2店舗あります。コンビニは近くのマクドナルドの横にセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル周辺はいつも渋滞していますが、グラブやタクシーは直ぐに来ます。レジデンスに宿泊する人のチェックインとチェックアウトはホテルロビーのレセプションカウンターを左奥に入った所で行います。朝食ビュッフェは一度利用しました。大人PHP700子供PHP350だったと思います。朝食はアヤラモール 周辺で安くも色々食べられるので、色々試すのも良いと思います。私達はレイトチェックアウトしましたが、15時までPHP1500、18時までPHP2500でした。

Been a consistent customer every time I’m in Cebu but this visit, hotel rooms and serviced apartments needs serious updates and deep cleaning especially toilet and bathrooms.

Near Ayala Shopping Mall. Staff accommodating and helpful. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Washing machine and clothesline was so helpful for wash our clothes.

The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Ayala mall (walking distance) Property is well maintained

Didn't like the 3pm checkin or the 11am checkout. The TV in our was old and not working properly. The bathroom looked dated. The living room couch was much to low. The unit had lots of space which was very nice.

Everything was good except that I think the building needs pest control. Small cockroaches are visible in the kitchen. I was not comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils because of it. I was not sure if they migrate to the other area of the apartment because they are too small. It was mentioned on one of the reviews but I thought it was just an overly disappointed customer. Otherwise, the room was well dusted as requested. Easy access to Ayala shopping mall and walking distance to restaurants in the area.

小さいゴキブリを何度も発見。気持ち悪い。 タオルは頼んだ分くれるので良かった。 アヤラモールへは道路を渡る必要があるが、横断歩道はなく車とバイクが入り混じるところを渡るのが非常に大変だった。 朝食はわりとおいしかった。

スタッフのみなさんが、本当に親切でした。また着たときには、必ず泊まりたいです。 虫もさほも気にならなかったです。

ショッピングモールに近くすごく便利。

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet which I ate are plentiful and delicious. This hotel is directly across from the Ayala Mall.

The staff were very friendly and really tried to help. Our hot water was not working, and they came up to fix it, but they only have so much to work with. It only worked for a few minutes. There were multiple cockroaches, but having travelled in South east Asia, that is kind of par for the course, but I am not sure if would be rated a 4 star. Probably more 2-3 star. The breakfast was very good, and the place was child friendly.
