In general sense the property was in excellent condition, the staff was courteous every time you meet them, but the WiFi had a weak signal on my two nights stay.

Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. Use of pool and all amenities have extra charge of minimum 500php per person, and some charge per person, per hour usage. Place is visibly dated including the smell and we found a huge cockroach in our room.

All was well with this hotel, just avoid room 601, the flood lights shine into the room at night never gets dark in the room. Avoid at all cost room 601

Hotellet er alt for slidt, ens værelse er sprøjtet til med parfume så 1. Dag lugter der kraftigt af parfume, 2. Dag lugter der af mug og 3. Dag stinker der af mug og kloak.

Near wedding venue. Was asked for additional fee for people staying within capacity of bed numbers. Shower knobs keeps falling. Shower was reataining water in tub very slow drain.

This place was probably nice in the 90s but is literally falling apart. Nothing to walk to but the hotel does have a shuttle with different pricing depending on who you ask. GRAB is not a thing here. FYI if you are traveling with littles they ONLY have studios and made quite a fuss about an extra cot. The staff are pleasant and the breakfast has a nice view. If you are sensitive to smell, this is not the place for you. Very damp, dank smell throughout.

Limited staff at the restaurant on the 4th floor. A lot of waiting from taking order , to waiting for food and waiting for the bill. The staff are polite. But I think the restaurant is understaffed. Portions are small for the price.
