There's variety of indoor/outdoor activities to offer at clubhouse for additional fee for some. Customer service from all the staff is awesome too.

The place is clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The price is just right and not expensive. Overall experience is awesome. Will surely be back here.

The staff were really nice and accommodating which made our stay a good one. Also the view from our room was amazing. The kids had a great time with the bathtub as well as the pool. We had only two issues though. > The aircon at room 916 (tower2) had to be tweaked by the maintenance guy first before the room got cool. Kudos to the maintenance guy for fixing it for us. > The breakfast buffet had limited options and took very long to get refilled. We were informed breakfast would be from 7:30 am - 10am. We went there at around 8:30am, there weren’t a lot of food left despite people still coming in. The servers had to be reminded to refill the buffet items. It was like they weren’t adequately prepared for it.

no rooms for early check in is fine but right after 2PM, room should be readily available. They keep on telling they're fully booked but it doesn't matter if it's fully booked. after 2PM it should be available. we were told to give us 30 more minutes to clean up the room. Then we check in, the room is too small for a 2 hrs and 30 mins cleaning lol.

No available buffet breakfast. Only 2 dishes, Tocina and Tuna and both are just process foods! And room is not clean very well, dusty and smell old place. Not recommended for my family, friends and relative.

The staff in all fairness are very friendly. However we paid an extra person for php 1200 each including breakfast. But the adding additional person does not come with an extra bed. I have requested to convert the 2 extra person into an extra room instead since it costs almost the same amount as a regular room. But they won't let me as the payment has been confirmed. Ended I let my guest sleeping on the floor.

The room were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. The lake view were amazing esp during the sunrise and sunset. Service were also prompt and fast. It was a wonderful stay and really had a great time staying at this hotel.

The room itself is okay despite the bed being elevated too high. Other hotel amenities did not meet our basic expectations! One for example is the intermittent/ spotty wifi connection. We had to literally call almost every after 15 minutes to ask the receptionist what is wrong with their wifi connection which they cannot even answer themselves. Secondly, the pillows are small and we are only provided with only two (2) pcs. Compared to other hotels we've been to which had a standard count of four (4) big pillows. There was also no pen and paper provided on the room accommodation for basic business needs. No laundry bag provided as well.

nice hotel.. perfect if the pool is heated 😊 we just lost getting there because waze tagged and map were wrong..waze tagged is near nbi and when we get to the place it just a construction area.. I hope you can fix it to waze so that it will not happen to other guest but the hotel. itself is awesome..

Room was okay but the bath tub is not so clean, it has yellow stains on the tub some hair on it. The rest room smells like wood the vibe is like outdated. But the room was clean except the restroom, beddings is so comfortable. Location is good, what I really love is there are so many things you can do, they have bowling (extra charges applies) but it's worth it. They have pool located on the other building,but they offer shuttle service for you, However you need to pay extra php 100 per towel when you use their swimming pool. Which I believe they should provide a pool towel and not let us rent and pay for it. As I ask the front desk before I went to pool area, they said that it was for free. Also, whenever I called the front desk they are always in a rush, it seems like they want to end the call even if they don't get what I ask for.

Our stay was great but with a few glitches. We changed room in the middle of the night because the heater was leaking and it might cause a fire if continued to be used. Otherwise, everything was ok. The view was magnificent. Except when it was raining and very foggy, there were times that the lake cant be seen.

Stay was great and the breakfast buffet was also okay. Spacious room. Worth it for the price. 👍🏻

Staycation experience is definitely one for the books! Highly recommended for the quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city!

The place was really good for relaxation away from the busy city of Manila. We were located in a room overlooking the Taal lake and the mountain view. The golf cart service was so prompt every time we called their services in going down to the recreation area. The golf course was so good to look at overlooking from Tower 1 where the buffet breakfast was held. The food were plenty but just ordinary to our taste but it was good for a breakfast. The place is very much recommended especially with their staff at their customer service, check-in counter who were so accommodating.

The room is clean and neat, spacious and well lit. The front desk personnel is very kind and courteous. She explained the rules and details of the accommodation very well.

Defective wi-fi router for our room. I asked them to fix it 5x to no avail.
