Staff friendly , comfortable bed but wifi slow can’t watch TV ; house feeling

Friendly staff, if you want to experience province life I recommend this place. Surrounding Neighborhood is also friendly and so many sari-sari store

The room was just too small. The table in the room is way to small to even sit for a meal. I will not be staying here in the future.

The outlets near the bedside for the bed lamps do not work. One of the outlets have burnt mark so I did not dare to plug in the lamps.

Lots of ants inside the room. Location difficult to find behind squatter area. Staff friendly and respectful.

This is a super clean and well maintained property. The food is very good and the staff service overall EXCELLENT.

Good accommodation outside yet still near Tagaytay

Overall I think that the condition of the hotel was very nice. Inside and out the hotel was very clean. The room was nice. It's a little hard to find because it is on a side street. But this makes it very quiet here. The only downside is that the food was not the best. We would still like to stay here again.

Place was nice and comfortable, was a little difficult, the should put a sign out on main road.

The hotel was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was in generally good order. The shower was ok and there were toiletries available in the room. Parking out the front of the hotel was limited, but secure. There is not much around the local area (an SM Mall is 1.9KM away), but room service for food is available and to a decent quality. Note, if you arrive earlier than 2pm a PHP 300 will be added for early check in. No wifi was available and the tv signal was weak, but with a devent choice of channels.

I'm going out of my way to write a review because I liked this hotel. It was listed for such a cheap price, i thought it would be a bad place. I was wrong. The rooms are very good. Everything is clean and fresh. The hotel employees are the best. They will help with food and transportation. This is really a gem to find.

Veey nice and clean. The rooms and furniture look new. My only complaint was the hot water runs slowly. All of the water pressure is slow. But i definetly recommend this hotel. Great staff! They have a food and drink menu 24/7.
