I'm going out of my way to write a review because I liked this hotel. It was listed for such a cheap price, i thought it would be a bad place. I was wrong. The rooms are very good. Everything is clean and fresh. The hotel employees are the best. They will help with food and transportation. This is really a gem to find.

The outlets near the bedside for the bed lamps do not work. One of the outlets have burnt mark so I did not dare to plug in the lamps.

Overall I think that the condition of the hotel was very nice. Inside and out the hotel was very clean. The room was nice. It's a little hard to find because it is on a side street. But this makes it very quiet here. The only downside is that the food was not the best. We would still like to stay here again.

The hotel was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was in generally good order. The shower was ok and there were toiletries available in the room. Parking out the front of the hotel was limited, but secure. There is not much around the local area (an SM Mall is 1.9KM away), but room service for food is available and to a decent quality. Note, if you arrive earlier than 2pm a PHP 300 will be added for early check in. No wifi was available and the tv signal was weak, but with a devent choice of channels.

Veey nice and clean. The rooms and furniture look new. My only complaint was the hot water runs slowly. All of the water pressure is slow. But i definetly recommend this hotel.
Great staff! They have a food and drink menu 24/7.

これと言って特徴があるわけではないが まあまあ快適です。あえて言えば場所が探し辛い バイクだったので移動なりちょろちょろとうろついていると見つかったという感じです。チョット奥まったところにあります。ダスマリニャスから３キロ位、タクシーだと不便かな。 周りは何もなくはないが、寂しい街道沿いの奥まった所。バイクやマイカーならお勧め。
