Stay hotel is good! But around too dirty and no supermarket,no convenience store. And two dinner restaurants in hotel.

breakfast need to improve..

A lot of my stay was excellent, and it would have been 5 stars given all the personal touches. Unfortunately, I was price-gouged for a lid to a pot that I accidentally broke. I was charged $50 (after talking them down from $85) to replace an $18 pot (I looked up the price). It was already heavily scratched... Also, I would strongly recommend they extend the pool bar hours well into the night. It was wildly popular compared to the actual bar, but it shut down way too early when there were still bar patrons. They should also sell drinks and snacks in the lobby (dried fruit from Cebu, cookies, nuts, literally anything) 24 hours a day. I would find myself waking up craving a midnight snack or just wanting something simple to bring to the beach. Given how locked down the property is, a mini convenience store or even a simple vending machine is necessary.

I need to use taxi for going anywhere. Hotel is really good.

These are the facts. Was not told the complementary breakfast was only for 2 adults until we went for breakfast. Dialing zero for assistance doesn’t work. The only number we where able to get to answer was house keeping. First night there at the Cafe’ went to order and half of what we wanted wasn’t available. Ok we found alternatives off the extremely limited menu. Next day tried the other choice and the same thing happened. Literally half the menu isn’t available. Usually when you sit down and the waiter offers water it’s free. Not here. 90pesos each. Checkout takes forever as they inspect the room before you can leave. Supposedly we stained a hand towel. Ok maybe. But we waited 45 minutes and then still had to ask if they where finished. And when we asked the attendance pulled the paperwork from under the counter. Kind of shady. 333pesos for a hand towel. Pretty exact and expensive. The pools are nice. Beach leaves something to be desired. We didn’t do any water sports as we didn’t have time. It’s a one lane street to get there that is usually very busy. But spend some time and you can eat somewhere else for much less. The house keeping staff is fast and polite. Actually all the staff is polite. Just crappy policies in my opinion. All the pools but 1 close at 5pm. I will never return here. But take this and decide for yourself. This was cheaper than others and it shows. Also the spa was closed from the tropical storm 2 years ago.

喫煙所が1箇所しかなく、部屋から相当歩かないとない。クイーンベットをリクエストしていたが初めの1日はシングルベッドを提供された。次の日にクイーンベットの部屋に変更してくれたが、交渉しなければならなかった。食べ物はバリエーションが少なく、あまり美味しくない。値段とあまりつり合わないと感じる。

Two star property with 5 star potential

Curbs are cracked and missing large chunks or stone that need repairing. The pools were designed without surface water skimmers so nothing is filtered that doesn't sink to the bottom of the pool or removed manually. Food was excellent at both restaurants!

The pool is really pretty. There are various kinds of pools, so you can enjoy a variety of them. All the staff are kind, too. It's under construction, but I can't hear the noise when I'm playing in the pool. If you're staying in the room, you can hear the noise. I recommend you to try pizza in the resort. The unfortunate thing was that the water pressure was weak, so it was uncomfortable to take a shower. It's okay if the air conditioner temperature is set low, but it's cold, so it smells a little high. I think we need to clean the air conditioner filter. We made a mistake, but the cocktail we drank for Happy Hour seemed to be priced as it is. But if I go to Cebu next time, I'm thinking of staying again. I had a great time.
