Great all-rounder. Perfect if you had young kids or teens - every facility you could imagine under one roof. Was a fun base to explore Manila.

Great room, not the cheapest but pretty worth it

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and had every amenity one could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The pool area and gym were well-equipped and perfect for relaxation or a workout. With plenty of dining options within the hotel, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Highly recommended.

Not clean

We stayed at this property twice over our 17 day trip. At the time of booking I didn’t realise I had booked different room types. The 2 bedroom deluxe room we booked with Expedia was a much more luxurious feel than the standard 2 bedroom room that we booked directly through the hotel. So I’d recommend and stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe again. The overall $200 price difference is definitely worth it. The property has decent restaurants around it but still took a Grab to get to Glorietta etc. we never dined in the hotels multiple restaurant offerings as found pricing a lil high.

Wow! Because I’m an Expedia Gold Member, we got upgraded to a deluxe suite, and it was fabulous! Our bedroom had floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides and the view was amazing. We had a circular shower, and we slept with the blinds open. The city lights at night made us feel so peaceful. This 2 bedroom suite was the best accommodation we’ve ever had in Manila, and the breakfast every morning was extensive and yummy.

Had a good experience. It was our first time in Alpha suites and will definitely stay again probably on a less busy time. We love the view and the Aircon was really cold which we like. Amenities was superb. Only thing we didn’t like was the beds it was hard not what we expect from a suite. We all had back aches the morning after. But over all we are satisfied.

Excellent Service very spacious clean.

Really loved our stay here. The staff was top notch and the room was spacious and clean. We got massages, used the pool and enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet. We used the car service on several occasions and overall, had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend!

Like: Top of the line amenities…Full size oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, AND Washer & Dryer. Large shower and lots of storage for clothing including walk-in closet. Also, liked the pool/pool-side dining AND the fact that you have multiple restaurants INSIDE the hotel. Don’t feel like going outside? Simply walk down to either Asian, Mexican, Italian, or American style dining inside! Dislikes: As gorgeous as this property is…it is also HUGE!!! Three total towers…I’m guessing that’s why it’s difficult to keep the rooms clean. I immediately noticed the stains on the white barstools when I walked in the kitchen. When showering for the first time, I couldn’t close the shower door completely (had to call front desk)…the “waterfall shower head” didn’t work but I didn’t complain because it wastes too much water anyways. Also, I’m guessing it’s so hard to get clean towels & linen because staff figures the rooms have washers & dryers…wash your own towels? Lastly, who ever designed these beautiful rooms put “frosted” glass in the walls. To some no big deal, but I didn’t like that my guest could see my naked silhouette or every move I made including in the bathroom! And of course these designs are not very sound proof. Overall I would still stay again and recommend staying at the Alpha suites. Compared to other properties in Makati, you won’t find much better.

It was our second time staying at the Alpha Suites and it did not disappoint. The spacious and nicely designed suites and the friendly staff along with its amenities surrounding the property were all appreciated.

Kitchen floor was sticky, we were on 30th floor, no wifi in room. Otherwise was very nice. At check out, give yourself extra time. They have to check your room before you can actually check out. Took about 10 minutes

We have been traveling for 3 months, sharing spaces and is closer quarters. Until we got here, this was such a beautiful break for us. We had a three bedroom family unit and it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful, spacious, clean and an incredible view. The service was excellent, and the concierge desk team was lovely.

next to office so very useful, very good gym and you are next to a mall with an excellent supermarket so you can use the kitchen facilities in the room.

Our stay at The Alpha Suites was fantastic and ideal for families with young kids. The apartment-style accommodations were perfect, complete with a laundry unit and a fridge, making our stay incredibly convenient. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which kept us connected throughout our visit. The on-site gym and diverse restaurants were a great bonus, and the nearby market made it easy to stock up on all our essentials.
