No hot water and ask them if they can fix it. They told us to run the water for a while until hot water comes.(it never did). The next night found cockroach over our headboard. The whole room smells liked mildew. Not happy overall. Not planning to stay the next time we come in the Philippines. I will not recommend to our friends and family.

Room furnitures old, not well insulated, can hear people talking outside, no running hot water, food not replenished at the buffet. AC dripping water at the food area. Almost fell from it.

please do not spray Baygon ... I can smell it every where. Also the breakfast buffet can still be improved (taste and selections).

Our room is impeccable and all the necessities of a traveler are available just like what five star hotels provide to their customers. This will be our go to hotel whenever we visit Naga from here on. Lastly, thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay a very comfortable one.

I enjoyed my stay...the daily operations during working hours was a little loud of the 3rd floor...but it was super quiet at night

Property needs to be updated as rooms are to small for furniture in the rooms

The front desk was amazing, they were prompt and friendly despite my quick requests (due to an unforeseen circumstance) The hotel offers a lot of amenities, and it takes a while to get used to the floor plan, but i think it adds charm to the place. Complimentary breakfast service was also great! Overall great experience.

As usual everything was OK but Breakfast was DISASTER - worse then before - which was not too good. Cold rice, cold ham (fried), etc - serving lunch dishes for breakfast.

Well in the dining area the cloth seats had visibly dirt on them... ALL of them. I ordered food one night at 1030 it took 1 hour to get to room... the phone in the hallway rang literally all day and night so i slept horrible for 2 days... in top of all that.. the chair in my room broke while i was sitting in it. No im not fat either.

Due to unforeseen reason we hab to fly earlier to Manila and corrected hotels.com to cancel and ask for a refund. The hotel refused this request. It’s their right but for us it’s hard especially because we made the reservation only a few hours ago. Very disappointing!

Buffet breakfast foods are delicious with good options. Aircon is cool, a plus point. Economy rooms are small, bathroom/shower rooms are small. Water in the shower warms not enough for my liking. Elevators during my stay was under maintenance so i need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, not so a problem if it is not steep, but it is! Overall, with the price, you can get a better room which are spacious and new in the nearby hotels.
