The room was average. The staff wasn't available at all. Even they didn't leave the keys for us, we had to call them many times and they weren't answering our calls. Terrible service.

This was the most disgusting "homeless shelter" setting you could imagine. Booked 2 rooms and paid online...showed up and no rooms and the place was disgustlingly filthy and disorganized. Would not stay here under any circumstances.

The woman that owns this place is an alcoholic and only spoke Polish. She refused to let me stay until two other young women arrived and translated for me. She told me through them that she wanted 750 zlotys for one night. I ended up giving her 10 euros. I left the following morning and found accommodation in central Krakow at the Bubble Hostel on Barstowa Street near the Barbican Gate. You should not allow anyone to book into this place that does not speak Polish. I took a tram to Branowice Male, the last stop, and then walked 2.3 klm to get to this place. It really wasn't worth the effort. I paid 210 zlotys for 3 nights accommodation at the Bubble Hostel in Krakow, which gives you an idea of how much the owner of the 4Friends Hostel at 28 Lipca was trying to extort from me. The woman was so drunk she had difficulty putting the 4 digit code into the lock for the cupboard that held the key to my room. That place at 28 Lipca was a nightmare. I wouldn't stay there again if YOU PAID ME. I will check both my bank accounts to see if any funds have been withdrawn for this booking. If so I expect A FULL REFUND. Thanks...

Natur och camping känsla, bra område runt omkring med bra kommunikation med buss. Nära flygplats.

Przeładowany pokój. Szczęściem,że część osób nie wracała na noc albo późno w nocy. Łazienka maleńka z niewielką umywalką nad sedesem.Kawa z saturatora, bardzo "delikatna". Mleko tylko 0,5%. Duży wybór sałatek. Smacznych

Piha oli hyvä, palvelu ja siisteys huonoa. Hyvä sijainti plussaa.

Był to najgorszy hotel w którym byłam.

pobyt marny obiekt stary, brudny,pokoje zaniedbane, zamawialiśmy pokój 18 mkw a dostaliśmy 6 mkw. Pościel daje dużo do życzenia, tak jak i łóżka posklejane taśmą izolacyjną by się nierozpadły.Nie polecam nikomu było gorzej niż w motelu pracowniczym. Omijajcie z daleka ten hostel.

We hebben deze hostel geboekt met als idee: we willen iets goedkoop, het comfort maakt niet zo veel uit, vermits we het toch alleen gaan gebruiken om te slapen. We verbleven er met 2 koppels, ieder in een kamer met een dubbel bed en eigen badkamer. Er was wel een groot verschil tussen de 2 kamers, de kamer van mijn zus en haar partner was veel groter (of had een betere indeling), onze kamer was een kamer in de kelder, het bed tegen een muur, met een klein raampje dat uitkeek op de parking van de hostel. Het is echt een hostel die goed is om door te reizen of voor een korte citytrip en als je niet te hoge verwachtingen hebt. Er is geen plaats op de kamer om je bagage op te bergen, op onze kamer werkte de stopcontacten van de televisie en de ventilator niet. Onze badkamer was prima, bij die van mijn zus viel de sproeikop constant uit de houder waardoor je die zelf moest vasthouden. De muren waren zeer donker grijs geschilderd, we vermoeden dat dit een reden heeft ;) De eerste nacht was er een zeer luidruchtig gezin dat nog incheckte om middernacht, zij werden hier niet op aangesproken waardoor onze nachtrust verstoord werd. Het ontbijt was oké, de zaal vrij krap, maar het eten op zich was goed. Zeer sterke koffie. Er wordt wel verwacht dat je zelf afwast. Er is 24/24 receptie, maar de ene receptioniste is al vriendelijker dan de andere, en de ene spreekt al wat beter Engels dan de andere. Zeer hulpvaardig zijn ze niet, maar als je het expliciet vraagt, helpen ze je wel verder.
