Very location hotel,that easy to go tour and shopping.The room is big and tidy,and hotel also supply good breakfirst. I like it and will recommend to other friends who will come to Krakow

Very nice property but not for older people, no elevator to the upper floors and tourist noise. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

God beliggenhed tæt på banegården og den gamle bydel. Alt er indenfor gåafstand. Hyggeligt, rent hotel. God senge, udemærket morgenmad - god valuta for pengene.

Fantastisk plassering og stort rom. Veldig god frokost. Eneste så var dumt er at det ikke er heis og vi var i 3 etasje som var utrolig høyt oppe!!!! Hver etasje er høyt under taket, så det er i vår standard 5-6 etasje! Så absolutt, en heis!

Hotelli oli todella hyvällä paikalla ja itse hotellihuone oli mukava ja kotoisa. Sänky oli ihanan pehmeä. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella avuliaita ja emme esimerkiksi yhtenä aamuna kerenneetkään maksetulle aamupalalle, joten henkilökunta teki meille aamuksi aamupalaboksit! Kiva vierailu!

The hotel is very beautiful, it has everything you need to have a nice city trip. The breakfast buffet is excellent, it has a big selection and it is very tasty.

My only comment is that the room was up some 50 stairs and that was hard on my old bones. Aside from that the stay was lovely

It was a two minute walk from Old Town and two minutes from Train to airport. Felt very safe as well. The man at the desk was super helpful when I was trying to order an uber. Highly recommend this place!

The most unsatisfied thing is the hotel didn"t give me a receipt in spite of insisiteing of mine to want . When I chcked out at 6 am, the staff (seems a older man) couldn't undestand waht I said. by English. Good point : My orignal reservation was included a breakfast but I coudn't eat it due to early check out. But other staff made me light meal for go out.It was really helpful with me.

Prima locatie, goed gelegen. Vlak bij station, winkelcentrum en oude binnenstad. Ondanks dat rustige omgeving. Zeer net hotel. Vriendelijk mensen. En zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles schoon en netjes! Geen aandachtspunten.

No frills option for a one night stay. Very happy with our choice. Great location and comfortable bed. Slept soundly.

This stay was better than we expected in terms of space and quality of room. There was a mini split but it did not reach the other second room even with the door open. There was a man passed out across the window on the ground and which was alarming. Overall, close to train station and good price for 1 night.

Adorable Old building, close to Old town and huge shopping mall. Lovely staff. Charming place to stay, perfect for a family with 2 kids, with a separate bedroom.

Hotel is in a great location with a tram/bus station outside (can be noisy sometimes) and just a short walk from the old town and local mall. The beds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it took me a while to fall asleep on them.
