This is a lovely and peaceful place. I will definitely book again in the near future.

I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend.

Nice location and views 30 minutes walk from the Center. Bathroom door made by glass ( no privacy).. Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. Nice double bed but single duvets. Breakfast tasty and fresh with good selections. There is 2 saunas that need to book before use.. unfortunately we was not able to use the full facility as we made bookings no towels,, no staff who is look after need attention, infrasauna not working switch is broken,the ice bucket handle and refill system was not functioning. Staff/team very helpful and kind.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Gentleman in reception. Breakfast was delicious and the Catering staff were attentive.Room was very clean and excellent shower/bathroom.

Nossa estadia foi bastante confortável. A banheira no quarto é ampla, a cama confortável. Ficamos negativamente surpresos com a varanda dividida (dá acesso a outro quarto) e com a ausência de recepcionista presencialmente antes das 9am e após as 5pm. Em alguns horários precisamos falar apenas por mensagem de WhatsApp. Mesmo assim, o atendimento foi bastante prestativo e atencioso, ainda que “on-line”, nos ajudando com táxi, transporte e dicas locais. O hotel fica entre 20 a 30 minutos de caminhada da rua central, o que pode ser difícil de fazer após uma noite de diversão e durante o inverno. Cuidado com essa distância no inverno, melhor ir de carro. O hotel não possui elevador e carregamos duas malas de 23kg em 4 lances de escada. Café da manhã bom e com boa variedade.

You have to pay for everything separately. This town loves overcharging you. Whatever your price is online is not true to the amount you actually end up paying. Whole town is just a bunch of scammers.

L' hotel è una specie di baita, elegante e arredato con gusto. La camera di r abbiamo alloggiato noi era un po' troppo piccola, al tetto e abbiamo sofferto il caldo perché non è provvista di aria condizionata.

Place looks just like the pictures and exceeded expectations. Very quiet area with lovely balcony and sauna. Breakfast and parking were also good. Highly recommend.

Ruhige, erstklassige Location mit klasse Frühstück. Parkplatz vorhanden, schicke moderne Einrichtung. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Empfehlung!

The location is great, but the room was rather small and too expensive. No luxury for sure!

I had only one night. Room was ok but very hot. Breakfast was good. Towels were very bad. Clean but old and very uncomfortable. You guys need to change that only one thing.

Fajne miejsce Nowy obiekt

Cudowne miejsce, wspaniały widok z okna i doskonałe śniadanie!

Schönes Zimmer. Sehr schönes Frühstück mit nettem Personal. Rezeption etwas unpersönlich, da auf Abruf. Sauna sehr gut - Problem nur: wie schließe ich sie von innen ab? Das sollte gelöst werden vom Hotel. Achtung: unser Vierbettzimmer für 2+2 Kinder hatte 1 Doppelbett und eine Couch - die im Grunde nur für eine Person ausreichte. Ein zweites Kind schläft auf Polstern mit Lücke. Bei diesem Zimmerpreis verbesserungswürdig. Super Lage im besten Viertel von Zakopane, direkt am Nationalparkeingang (Zugang zum Giewont)
