The room was lovely and right by the main square. Very modern and clean and communication from the management was brilliant with instant replies to emails. The air con was amazing with the hot weather too. We would definitely stay here again!

I did not get a sofa bed that I booked and paid and the number to access to our room was not provided in email.

Beautiful window and bathroom/shower, very soft bed, nice amenities, and very central location. Stayed in the crane apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is just off the main square in Old Town Krakow, a short ride from the main train station and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and sights. It was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous bathtub. Check in was smooth and the host was very responsive. We loved hearing Krakow's hourly trumpeter. Our only complaint was late night noise from a dance club next door. Otherwise it was perfect.

My stay was fantastic communication with the host was very clear and made me feel reassured check in and out no problems. The apartment was so clean comfortable and pure luxury safe as a lone traveller. The view of the square from my window gave it an added bonus in the window seat.loved the soaps shower gel and additional touches in the apartment that gave it a personal feel. The only downside to the apartment was the two nightclubs outside underneath the apartment so be sure to bring earplugs,I’d still go back although one night it did go on till 4am .however it’s in the main square so I did expect noise the building itself was very respectful with signs up ..but you can hear the music from the nightclub in the apartment which is very loud. I did get a a good sleep on the Sunday as it was closed phew. I would certainly go back to the same apartment. Thank you for my stay very memorable visit.

The apart is superb in terms of cleanliness and location. So easily accessible. Hopefully I can stay here again next time I visit Krakow. Will definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment, literally steps from the main square. Perfectly clean on arrival, spacious and comfortable, felt like a bit of luxury! A little noisy at times from the club next door but didn’t bother us much as so exhausted from walking, nothing was going to stop us sleeping!

Really nice place, location is perfect. We stayed 4 nights and unfortunately we could have done with some fresh towels but other than that all good.

It’s so close to the square so it’s very convenient.i lover the bay windows, I spent most of my time there while in the room. Unfortunately there was a lingering smell that I was having a really difficult time with I hope it’s taken care of.

On first impressions, the apartment was absolutely beautiful - bath tub at the window, luxurious furnishings, well equipped little kitchen area with lovely glassware, stunning bathroom and in the most perfect location but after staying for 5 nights we left a little disappointed. The bath doesn't fill as the plug doesn't retain the water (it is faulty), the glass door on the bathroom has a large panel cutaway at the bottom which means there is absolutely zero privacy when going to the toilet, there is no sink to wash any of the glassware/dishes (this would have to be done in the bathroom sink) no cleaning staff attended and there were no cleaning products supplied (like bleach for the bathroom) so i couldn't even do this myself and the worst part for us - the towels and bedding went unchanged for length of our stay. One towel for 5 days is disgusting and really let down an apartment that presented itself as luxury. I would also mention that with the central location you should expect huge amounts of noise from partying youngsters - didn't bother us but definitely something to be aware of. We also asked for a taxi to be booked for us for the airport which didn't show up, so we had to get another taxi last minute and were completely ripped off. On the plus side location could not be better - so central and beautiful views of the square, the bed was the comfiest bed we've slept in for ages and the bed linen was high quality. There was also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

La camera affaccia sulla piazza principale, arredata in maniera impeccabile, super moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ho adorato la vasca da bagno.

This properly was lovely inside and was a perfect location in regards to the old town square. However, they failed to mention that it was above a night club by just 1 floor, so 2 out or our 3 nights there was extremely loud music and we did not sleep until 5am. We also booked this room for the use of the bath, due to medical conditions, and there was no hot water in the bath - only the shower. Finally, there was no reception which was ok but on our arrival and last day, we had no where to keep our luggage before and after we checked in and out. The actual room we had (the love birds apartment) was lovely, but the nightclub has let it down massively so unfortunately we would not recommend or return here.

Really great hotel in the heart of Krakow, just a short walk from all the attractions, food and shopping. The interior was decorated really lovely, modern and a detailed finish. Communication of reception was great, and also their availability. We stayed over a weekend and the only downside was there is a club nearby and can get loud on Saturdays.

Book this property! It is absolutely beautiful. The room is gorgeous and has all the amenities you need. Comes with a coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery. The bedding and bed are comfortable and the bathtub are what dreams are made of. Location could not be better for the price. It is just off the town square, close enough to see it but far enough not to be bother by any noise. Check in and check out are flawless and super simple. I will be back!

Absolutely bloody fantastic place really great decor in great location outside of the building doesnt do it justice. We only really had 2 niggles and they are tiny hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels on when having a gorgeous shower. There 4 nights but only 3 nights of coffee pods. Other than that brilliant we have already looked at coming back but nearly always booked. Shouls give you a bad report so nobody comes and we can stay for a couple of months lol
