Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport

New airport hotel, well maintain and design. Good lighting and nice free breakfast. Would come back again.

The location is near the airport, the walking distance is acceptable, room is clean and breakfast is good because there are so many choices.

Excellent option for staying close to the airport. New building with friendly staff and excellent hotel all around.

Very nice place close to the airport. They had a light breakfast out very early so we were able to grab a quick bite to eat even though we were leaving the hotel at 4:30 am! Quite and comfortable. So nice to have a shuttle to the airport!

Modern design, very clean, comfortable beds. We stay just one night between our flights connections. Close to airport and just 30 minutes train ride to the city center. Staff friendly and professional. Overall great stay, highly appreciated.

Breakfast was ok, but coffee machine was broken.

It was worst stay ever. I made reservation for wife and douggter for 03-04 July and 4-5 July. My wife and doughter arrived 04 July at 05:00 AM but reception lady could not find reservation and did not checked-in them. My wife was shoked and take taxi to anotger Hilton hotel as guess she mixed up something. But she did not. Wife come back to Hampton by Hilton hotel and ask one more time to check reservation. Reception lady find only 1 reservation for 4-5 July and proposed them to wait until 14:00. But it was imposdible as wife and doughter were very tired, they could not wait so long. Only when my wife call to me and tell everything I send to her confirmation of booking and reception lady find reservation and checked-in them after almost 1 hour. More over, at same time my wife ordered transfer to airport for 4:30 PM same day. Flght was at 7:05 PM 04 July. But they FORGOT about it! And finnaly, when transfer arrived at 5:05 PM driver even did not help to put laggage ib to the car. Finnaly, I do not know what happend with Hamptin by Hilton Hotel but it was worst stay and worst service ever!

Great hotel after 4 weeks in European style small bathrooms, thin towels and small beds. Exceptional

Hotel propre et proche de l’aéroport. Service de navette gratuit. Seul bémol les repas. Dignes d’un 2 étoiles. Le dîner était pas terrible et le petit dej vraiment pas terrible. Le personnel moitié super cool, mais au service de table. Pas terrible. J’ai attendu 1h pour un burguer mal fait.

Comfortable beds, decent property. Location sucks. It's a 15 minute walk from the actual airport. They have a shuttle service for 10 zloty to drive you to the front of the airport. Breakfast had flies on the meat and cheese.
