The room was small, the bathroom smelled- most likely from the drains. The location was ideal thought, and quite nice breakfast. Overall, i believe it was slightly overpriced, but served the purpose- and most importantly- it had 12pm check out- which was hugely appreciated.

I was on a very quick overnight so it was a ver brief stay, but the guys at reception were welcoming and helpful. When I checked in I mentioned I'd be leaving before breakfast started -- so they had a to-go breakfast waiting for me at 4:30 AM. Nice.

Hotel freshly refurbished and staff great and very helpful, breakfast had lots of local choice, and the price was very good value. - only improvement would be the coffee which was not the best.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a great location. If you are going on day trips ask for a packed lunch to take with you! Overall great base to explore Krakow!

Smell of cigarettes in the lobby when I entered because they let people smoke outside the front door. No one at the desk on check-in, waited 10 mins. Box room, completely impractical design. Hot water pressure low in shower (cold water pressure is fine). Shower cubicle is designed for small people. Bedding was clean but the mattress and pillows underneath were musty. Uncomfortable bed, didn't sleep well, made worse by noise from the street. Breakfast is extremely basic, not worth paying for. No one at the desk again at check-out, waited 15 mins. Staff are friendly but seem to be working in multiple roles. Felt like some kind of hostel. Overpriced, won't be going back.

Great stay in a great location

The location was super, near the park, near the main Railway Station. The reception was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfasts were good, diverse, with sausages and juice. Very satisfied. The room was a bit small, but this is reasonable for that location. In the rainy days, umbrellas were available for free. Super Great stay.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Everything was nice & clean.
