Muy bien ubicado (a 150 metros parada de bus 175 que lleva al aeropuerto y a walking distance del Palacio Presidencial, City Hall, Catedral y otros lugares de interés en la ciudad antigua). Habitación y baño cómodos, prolijos y confortables. Botella de agua de cortesía y suministro de agua caliente en planta baja. Wifi funcionó perfecto. Personal amable. Buen desayuno. Una pena que no contara con una pequeña heladera. Cuesta un poco encontrarlo porque no está sobre la calle peatonal Chmielna pero no es una restricción.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel appeared newly renovated. It is in a great location. It is a little too hard to find, but worth the hunt. The only con I wish there was a few now electric outlets.

Absolutely terrible. Room was dirty, towels had holes in. We complained to reception and were told they couldnt help us. The pillows were wafer thin and when we asked for more we were told it wasnt possible. The staff were rude and all in all it was absolutely terrible. If youre looking for somewhere to stay in warsaw i wouldnt recommend this place.

The elevator is broken and there is no sign of it being fixed. I have a disability and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs every day. I would not have booked this hotel if the elevator was not available. The staff was not apologetic about this, which was disappointing.

Super clean, spacious rooms and great location. Only thing that wasn't great was the fact that I had no wifi in my room. It stopped at my door. But other than that it was an overall great experience.

Room is falling apart. Shower and beds are tiny and everything is very outdated. One of the worse places I stayed in . Only positive is the location.

Ideal place to stay for couple of days to visit the capital. Middle of city center with lot of shops, restaurants and bars. Only disadvantage of the location is that it can be loud on the streets with people coming from bars and clubs. I always use earplugs abroad so wasn’t a problem for me.

Hotelli todella hyvällä paikalla. Pieni, hiljainen hotelli. Huone pieni ja hieman kuluneen oloinen. Vieressä olevasta yökerhosta iltaisin kova meteli, saattaa joitakin häiritä. Samassa yökerhossa hotellin aamupala, joka oli melko hyvä.

El hotel está bien, está bien ubicado, cerca de la calle principal que lleva al Old Town. El personal es muy atento.

Fint hotell som låg på en bakgata. Fräscht rum som kändes ganska nytt. Personalen i receptionen inte de gladaste. Nära till bra restauranger. Allt som allt ett bra hotell som jag kan rekommendera.
