We were blocked to see swimming pool and ill treated when asked about access. Room and bathroom is not tidy.

Cheap but also dirty. Buggers on the wall. Hard bedst . No cleaning before room was changed.

Very friendly persons, it’s a cheap place to live and you have all what you need of course it’s not luxury it still an amazing place and very handsome people working there :) I would stay again for this price

Our room smelled gross, the bathroom had a gut-wrenching stench, no air conditioning, couldn’t open the windows, internet is a crap, the beds were as hard as rocksss!!!

Dårlig renhold og senger med veldig tynne madrasser. Prøvde å snakke med resepsjon men ville ikke høre på oss, veldig arrogant. Snakket ikke til oss da vi dro. Vi byttet til et annet hotell

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we thought it was near Krakow Airport for our flight home. It was not that near, about 7km from the airport. The hotel as the name suggests, is a budget hotel and as budget hotel goes it was ok, room a little small but with small washroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. Cups, spoons in room but kettles for occupants use just off the reception area. OK for what we wanted; i.e. a bed for the night but I won't recommend for a longer stay. Can't comment on the surrounding area as we didn't venture out, although it didn't appear there was much near by.

After checking in clerk said pool was open until 940. My daughter went to use pool a little after 9 and pool was already closed. TV did not work and room was very warm and no temp controls at all in room.

Guests beware. The hotel claimed to have various food options available for guests, however on arrival they had nothing except breakfast, not even a coffee. Despite being dishonest on the listing the hotel refused a refund when I left immediately due to the lack of facilities. Not only that, but the room didn't have a bed, just a sofa with sheets and a cushion (no pillow). Hotels.com has since amended the listing but have been useless in getting a refund, saying that it's up to the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

limited comfort, good for a few hours if you have an early flight

Hotel situato a pochi km da Cracovia, unica nota positiva e la tranquillità del posto. Passato 3 notti , mai rifatto la stanza, ne letti ne asciugamani, letti singoli, ma sicuramente sono divani adattati scomodissimi e durissimi. L'albergo esternamente è abbastanza fatiscente e pure dentro non scherza. Tranquillita della camera solo se non avete vicini, pareti della camera di cartongesso finissime.

Insanlar düşük bütçeli otel arayip 5* konfor bekliyor. Fiyatına göre herşey güzeldi, oda temizdi ve kettle ile sıcak su imkanı gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon her zaman yardımcı oldu. Tek problem akşam 18.00 den itibaren internet yok, çalışmıyor...gündüz internet var. Yürüme mesafesi için çok olumsuzluk yazmışlar, gitmeden tereddüt etmiştim ama 7-8 dakikada otobüse ulasiyorsun ve şehire inmek için çok sık otobüs var. Merkeze 15 dakika..bu fiyata gerçekten olanaklar iyi..

We had a great time at the stay.

This budget option was perfect for our needs. This was a very simple and dated room but extremely clean and kind staff. The price couldn’t be beat. Would absolutely use again for a budget place to sleep. The only place in Poland we stayed with easy parking.

Very comfortable rooms after staying in other basic hotels. Good value for money. Free car park. Pool also.

Krakow is a beautiful town
