The hotel was conveniently located at the entrance to the salt mine, which was my reason for visiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was tasty with many great options. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Grand Sold Hotel for only a short period, we were there for an amazing wedding and left very happy with our experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, everything was perfect, and we felt genuinely well taken care of. We’ll definitely be back.

Wedding venue at the salt mine

Superbe hôtel à deux pas des mines de sel. Chambre propre et confortable, personnel très agréable, parking gratuit sur place, présence d’un Sauna (gratuit), superbe petit-déjeuner et emplacement au top.

The staff are very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator! The grounds were beautiful and the location was awesome. The breakfast was also excellent!

Everything was the best about Hotel Grand Sal. Comfortable bed, great location, immediately by the Salt Mine and an easy 20 minute drive for trips to Old Town Krakow Square. Excellent Breakfast buffet, sit out on the hotel deck for an enjoyable morning breakfast! The Cafe staff was the best and very friendly. I would easily stay here again!

The only hotel next to the Salt Mines Museum. Wonderful hotel and restaurant.

This hotel is in an ideal location to visit the salt mines. The hotel is very pleasant with large hotel rooms and good amenities in the room, including a fridge and glasses, etc. We had dinner at the restaurant which was quite good. The only issue we had was trying to reduce the temperature in the room overnight, as it was fairly warm.

Great hotel located close to the Salt Mine . 1-2 minutes walking distance to the tour entry point. Delicious breakfast. Very clean room.Will definitely stay here again.Highly recommend !

The hotel is amazing, lovely garden, very well located, good breakfast. Inside the room it could be perfect if it had a shutter or a black out curtain for total sun block. The restaurant staff could improve to the standard of reception and house keeping staff level (kind and attentive).

Great stay. I did call front desk and ask about a massage appointment. I was told they would call me back but never did.

Really nice hotel. Good standard, large rooms. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Negatives: the restaurant/bar closed early (even if night reception help us to a cold beer in the heat). Will definately recommend this hotel.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty, piękna łazienka. Cisza, spokój. Smaczne, obfite śniadanie (z uwagi na pandemię należało dzień wcześniej zaznaczyć, co mają przygotować). Tuż obok kopalni soli, więc bardzo wygodnie było pójść na wycieczkę tuż przed jej rozpoczęciem.
