The hotel location is good, close to metro subway and bus stops. The room is clean yet a bit simple. The breakfast is excellent for the price of 55 pln. It was so delicious. The restaurant staff was very friendly. The downside was that WIFI internet was slow and after 9 AM, it frequently flip. I am not sure if that was because my room position. They offer free bottle of water each day which I like.

A very nice, inexpensive hotel. It’s not far from Old Town and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Basic hotel on east side of Warsaw. 10 min walk to a nice mall. 5 min walk to several transport options, 2 or 3 stops away from old town.

We arrived latest night and it was a smooth check in. No hassle Lovely helpful staff that helped us with our transport the next day. The rooms were very clean and air con was good. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard with lots of variation. I would recommend

Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My flight arrived early and they allowed me to check in just before 11am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty. There are several places to see in the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an affordable but nice place. I’m looking forward to returning

Good location - quite comfortable.

First time stay and we liked everything about this hotel. While it's not walkable to tourist areas, it's just a few minutes walk to the metro, trams and busses that take you right to old town, central Warsaw and places of interest. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby in the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, with much variety incl fresh fruit. Staff were available, friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but so many good things at an affordable price.

Sijainti hyvä. Ei liian kaukana keskustasta/vanhasta kaupungista. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet julkisilla. Lähellä suuri ostoskeskus ja ravintoloita. Eläintarhalle lyhyt matka. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja hyvä. Pieni miinus vastaanotosta, ei juuri tullut sellaista kuvaa kuin olisi tervetullut. Hieman liikenteen äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen alkuyöstä.

Hyvässä kunnossa oleva hotelli, jossa on esimerkiksi metroasema aika lähellä. Läheisyydessä on hyviä ravintoloita ja paljon eri palveluita. Kauppakeskus on lähellä vaikka sitä ei kartoista helposti löydy ja lähistötä löytyy myös kahviloita. Vaikka päivällä huoneeseen paljon ääniä, kuten hälytysajoneuvojen sireenit, niin yöllä on rauhallista. Lentokentältä tullessa kannattanee tulla taksilla jos hotelli ei ole tuttu.

Удобный отель для короткого визита. Без особых изысков, но все чисто и ухожено. Свои 3* заслуживает безусловно. Стоит поменять подушки — очень плохи! Излишняя мягкость матраса — не для крупного мужчины!

Overall, a very good experience. A few of things that warrant upgrading: towels are old and need to be replaced with new ones; there's only a single type of shampoo/shower gel liquid in the bathroom for all your showering needs; it's difficult to close curtains completely to make the room completely dark for the night.
