1. hotel is close to train station 2. room is modern and clean 3. wifi is good 4. breakfast is good 5. cost is low. 5. staff are nice. Will choose again if back for business

There are no refrigerators, no safes in the room, and no laundry services even though the website explicitly says they have laundry. I was told the website does say they don’t have refrigerators and I spent 40 minutes looking for that info but never found it. Other than that the place is fine. It’s conveniently located, clean, and modern. Had I known ahead of time what they were missing I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

スタッフが感じよく、 朝食がとても豪華でした レストランもあるので、遅くまで食事もできて助かりました 部屋はベッドが小さい分とても広く使えました 一階でトラムが通る時に少し振動はありましたが、それほど頻繁ではないので気になりません 洗面所はあまり広くはありませんが、とても清潔で気持ちが良かったです たくさんの素敵な絵が飾ってある気持ちの良いスペースは何時間でも過ごすことができます Wi-Fiも一階だったので繋がりやすかったです

The hotel was well placed for our needs, though not near the centre of Lodz. The staff were helpful with our need for assistance with some charging plugs, as there were none in the room. The room was quite small, and the corridor to the rooms was a little foreboding. This may have been to do with it being an old factory.

Sejour d'une nuit. La réceptionniste m'a demandé de m'inscrire moi même sur leur ordinateur alors qu'elle n'avait rien dautre à faire. Mais comme c'était écrit trop petit, je lui ai demandé de le faire elle même en lui donnant ma carte d'identité. Mais elle a refusé. J'ai été obligé de la menacer de partir bers un autre hotel pour que finalement elle accepte de m'enregistrer. Cette fille ne sert à rien. 10 minutes après, elle scrollait sur son téléphone. La chambre était propre mais très petite.

Great Hotel and perfect location for the Atlas Arena. Staff were fantastic and allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight which was massively appreciated! Great stay, thank you.

Nice atmosphere, good rooms

Great experience. Cozy, quiet, clean room. Pleasant staff. Parking is a breeze. Atmospheric place. Definitely worth every penny!

Perfect location for Atlas Arena as we were watching volleyball. Room good size, but if you want to be in the centre not suitable

The most terrible stay ever. Staff were rude! They made us to pay a second time at the hotel and when we asked them to check this they called the police and we got evicted even though we had paid for hotel for 3 nights. They would not refund any money. We ended up paying for 3 nights and only stayed one night. When the police arrived they told the police I was drunk because I had ordered 2 single cocktails - one was yet not even touched when the incident took place. There is a zero alcohol tolerance in Poland so even after one drink you are assumed to be drunk and disorderly! I’m a U.K. citizen and well travelled and have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world! After this incident we moved to another hotel called Kossak which was outstanding. We explained our experience to the staff and they told us that these small village hotels try and swindle people who don’t speak the language! This put me off Poland for life! Only stay at this hotel if you want to be abused / swindled and not have any rights!

Good hotel to a fair price with nice location qiute close to the city center. The hotel have nice and helpful staff and also good breakfast.

Overall experience was good, but I'd expect the hotel to ensure that organised events do not affect other guests. There was a wedding taking place at the hotel during my stay which resulted in lack of sleep due to the noise.

Hotel room was fab wanted to extend another day but hotel was fully booked. Room clean, water, tea and coffee provided. (no milk for the tea) Shower was amazing, towels were a bit well used, could have been nicer. On the whole good experience. Breakfast was varied but did not include yoghurt.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Tobaco. I thought it was good value. The one thing that stood out for me was the breakfast. Next time in Lodz, I will book with them.

Dobrze się tam czuliśmy. Dogodne położenie hotelu było dla nas dodatkowym atutem. Było czysto, łóżka wygodne. Przydałaby się jeszcze mała lodówka w pokoju.

ciekawy obiekt, piekne podworze , odrestaurowana fabryka wyrobów tytoniowych. Wystrój wnetrz miał być chyba elegancki, wyszedł smutno brudny. Pokój mały , okno wychodzące na ulice,gdzie jeżdzą tramwaje, więc głośno nad ranem. Śniadanie dobre, ale znów miejsce przytłaczające. Ciekawy pomysł z hotelową księgarnia z pieknymi ksiązkami oraz sprzedaża ceramiki i rekodzieła wykonanego przez osoby upośledzone.

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Całkiem blisko centrum. Może przydałoby się małe odświeżenie ścian w pokoju - w kilku miejscach odeszła farba. Jeśli chodzi o czystość - oceniam na średnią. Sprzęt na mydło i papier toaletowy najtańszy - od tego typu hotelu spodziewałabym się wyższej jakości ułatwiającej użycie. Obsługa miła.

The hotel is great! Nice, quiet, Lovely service. Hotel is situated at a great location not far at all from city centre. Great value for money. Definitely I be returning
