Zeer behulpzaam personeel.Kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt.Leuk ontbijt voor ieder wat wils.De avond voor vertrek bij de receptie aangegeven dat wij voor het ontbijt moesten vertrekken om op tijd op het vliegveld moesten zijn.Werd voor ons keurig een ontbijt pakket meegegeven.Hier komen wij zeker terug.

初入住時，除冷氣不足外，其他方面都稱心滿意。在向前台反影問題後，獲調換房間，情況得以改善。
酒店離長途巴士站及火車站較遠，步行要約半小時。另酒店前有基建工程，出入有點不便，相信工程完畢後，會更方便。

Duschkabinen i badrummet läckte, rann ut i vardagsrummet. Trots påpekande gjordes inget för att reparera, vi fick fler handdukar att lägga på golvet. Ventilationen var obefintlig, riktigt dålig luft, kvavt och svettigt.

Vidste godt at det var et standard/basic værelse, MEN det var virkelig basic - der er en seng(en meget hård en, der er hylder til tøj, badeværelse (80’erne go Home!:)), håbdklæder (Kun lige nok til et bad og så må du tørre hænder i dem efter toiletbesøg).
Designet på værelset var i træ og som tager ud af 80’erne.
Hvis jeg kommer til Lodz igen, vil jeg aldrig bruge penge på det værelse igen - hellere bruge lidt ekstra på at opgradere eller vælge et andet hotel.
Hotellets beliggenhed er dog god.
