Very clean and nice hotel

Ibis er Ok godt til prisen. Fremtræder noget slidt, men designet holder. Dejligt stort værelse. Pænt badeværelse med småfejl og de mindste badehåndklæder jeg har haft. OK men dyr parkering i kælderen. Venligt personale. God restaurant Winestone, som måske deles med Novotel ? Og bedre end sædvanlig Ibis-restaurant 😄 . Hvis prisen er vigtig er hotellet her et godt valg.

I enjoyed my stay at the Poznań Centrum, and the food was really, really good (at both the breakfast buffet and the Wise Cafe).

Magnífico desayuno, amplias zonas comunes, habitación y baño mayores que en cualquier ibis.

Hôtel tout confort très bien situé au Sud du centre-ville (15' à pied), disposant de chambres spacieuses, calmes et bien équipées. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking en sous-sol très pratique lorsqu'on vient en véhicule (réservation d'une place souhaitable compte tenu du nombre d'emplacement disponible).

I liked the fact that it was near the local mall and some food shops.

It is very inconvenient to use soap when the bottles are attached to the wall.And everything else is top notch.

The bed (topper) was to soft and instabil.

Amazing stay. The hotel was spotless. Staff were so helpful, actually went out of their way to help. Beautiful rooms suitable for the whole family. So pleased we booked here.

Fint budget hotel der deler faciliteter med Novotel. Personalet i receptionen og morgenmads buffetten er distanceret og det var umuligt at drive et smil ud af dem. Fitnessrummet er meget sparsomt udstyret og måtter osv var utrolig beskidte.

Fint og rent hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Noe harde senger.

It is a very modern, large (16 floors) hotel that combines Ibis and Novotel. The location is absolutely great. Because it is so tall you can see it once you make a few steps away from Poznan main railway/bus station. Takes about 10 minutes to walk there. It takes more less 15 minutes to get to Poznan Old Town. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have noticed that some reviewers were complaining about the noise from the trains but my room was quiet. Occasionally the reception desk was very busy.

This was my 142th night stay in a hotel during 2024, so I know what a good and bad hotel is. Arriving on 27 July, this was the worst customer service/experience of the year, so this puts this in the bottom 1pc of my hotel stays of 2024. A long queue checking in, and when I got to the front the receptionist just walked off. Now I can understand that something urgent or a call of nature happens, but you very briefly smile, apologise, and say please see the other receptionist as I have an urgent duty. When I finally got checked in by the other receptionist, and got to room, the adjoining room door was open and somebody else was staying there. I returned to reception, and was told to go back to room and wait for house keeping to come and they would lock room. I said that was absolutely unacceptable, and insisted on another room with no connecting door. I also did not get an apology. As is standard with Ibis, although it wasn't that warm, the air con even on full power didn't give a comfortable room temperatures for sleep. Given the poor service, I won't be staying at this hotel again, and am reluctant to stay at any Accor property given the lack of service and the comfort of the room (too hot).
