位於舊市區內，離華沙古堡步行只需五分鐘，附近很多餐廳，很方便，房間比較小，晚上可到舊市區散步，早餐不錯！

被安排在後面的房間，但很吵雜

Great area

I didn’t research enough to know that the property is not stroller friendly, nor does it have drive up unloading or parking. So traveling with 3 young kids was not easy here. Elevator is tiny and slow. The suite was fine. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms could be updated.

Left a hat there and staff went out of their way to track down the cleaner to return it. Just stayed one night and mainly for somewhere to sleep, if we had stayed longer the size of the room would have been a problem. All clean though.

Nice hotel in the heart of the old city. Comfy beds, fridge, washing machine, etc everything you need to stay with family. Staff is multilingual (speaking Russian) huge plus.

Hotel is on a nice street in old town, beautiful place. The younger Boys in the lobby, seemed disturbed and tired of people. Not a single smile or "happy to help" soul in them..

The hotel Jess is in the perfect position for everything in warsaw. There are loads of very good restaurants in a 2 minute walk . The hotel itself is only a 3 star at the best but good enough for 2 to 3 day stay. The breakfast is good with lots of choice

We stayed here for 3 nights and specifically booked a room with air conditioning. When we arrive we find that one of the ac units does not work in the bedroom and that it was way hotter than outside the bedroom. We called staff multiple times and 3 times different people came all saying the technician would come and fix it, but by our last day no one came and we could not switch rooms because it was full. Their response? A 20% off the restaurant or spa treatment. In general the location was amazing, the rooms were fine, but the doors had no sound dampening abilities at all so everytime someone was talking or going up/down the elevator or stairs you could hear it like they were right next to you. Would only consider staying there again because of location nothing else.

Strange layout. Reception not connected to rooms. Actual rooms were 3 doors further down the street. Room ok. Location excellent

Bon hôtel bien situé, chambre propre et confortable. Personnel avenant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Heureux de mon séjour de 3 nuits.

Everything was great, including breakfast. The only inconvenience in the room was that the soap dispenser was empty.

Highly recommend this hotel! Clean room and pleasant staff. The best location between Old City and center of Warsaw.

Absolutely ridiculous that you all cannot replace the doors to not slam. Actually i had to slam my door just to get it to shut. I will never stay in old town again. I knew I should of stayed downtown. You all need soundproof windows and you need to change the carpet.

This hotel is on a brilliant occasion and the staff were excellent. Room is very clean and facilities are perfect for my stay. Very easy to get to the old town from here and I would absolutely come back.
