因為班機延誤, 其實沒多少時間就離開了, 之後才發現是在新城區, 房間總體不錯, 沒附早餐就不知道早餐如何, 附近有超市, 也滿方便的.

I have stayed here on each of my previous visits to Warsaw. I am not inclined to return. Each day I had problems with key entry to my room, and I had to go downstairs multiple times with each entry. One staff member suggested I was the problem and was not doing it right. I had them attempt to access the room with a new card in my presence - and they were unable to do so. And when I checked out of the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk and no one answering the bell at the reception desk. Overall, it seemed like the hotel has lost some of its allure.

Perfect location, peaceful street, walking distance to all of Stare Miasto, clean and beautiful decor. Friendly staff.

The hotel personnel,hotel itself ,rooms and area around the hotel are exeptional.Beautiful place and very friendly personnel. It was our second visit and definitely many more visits will come.

This hotel is rated five star but the rooms are very basic and dirty. We had spider webs on the ceiling and a lot of dust in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was soft and uneven.

I enjoy the cozy environment, a lot of light, ver clean, and friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was polite.

Hotel was nice and close to everything and we ended up staying there 3 different times on the same trip. We liked the room and the location. I did not like that they kept calling to ask when we were leaving. Also I extended one more day after the second stay and asked we if we could have another bottle of wine since it included one per stay. The curly hair guy with glasses at the front desk said “no”. That did not sit well with me. It is a $250 a night hotel and how much is that free bottle of wine to make a customer happy? Clearly not a good response to give to a customer.

The hotel was great. It was beautiful and clean and easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The breakfast was also great.

Comfortable stay just a few blocks from Old Town. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Service was a bit cold but not unfriendly. The water, however, was cold and took 10 minutes to warm up before showering. Also, the provided hair dryer would turn off after two minutes of use.
