Very efficient helpfull and professionnal

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on Expedia for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. The staff was extremely friendly too I was never expecting that.

Receptionist and the waiter/bartender were super friendly !!! Breakfast was extraordinary good

Business trip great location near beach and lots of nice restaurants near by

Bokade för 3 personer varav 1 barn fick endast en dubbelsäng, märkligt att behöva betala och säga till extra för att få en extra säng, fanns bara 2 kuddar och handdukar osv. Inte nöjd med detta.

Hotellet er bra, service i resepsjonen er god og imøtekommende. Service i baren om kvelden ikke like hyggelig. Litt skuffet over at svømmebassenget var et offentlig basseng med bare svømmebaner, og ikke noe særlig for å kose seg på familietur. Frokost var veldig bra. 🙂 pluss at det er nære både strand og byen.

Good location, huge room (2 rooms combined into 1).

Other than the WiFi being down for the first half of my trip, everything was great. Very comfortable hotel, very spacious room and comfortable bed. Overall had a great time.

Ber man om noe i resepsjonen så er de blid og imøtekommende men det skjer ingenting. 2 ganger bad jeg om å få ei litt lavere hodepute, begge ganger lovte de å bytte men ingenting skjedde. Å ta en dusj er en krevende øvelse i små bad med badekar og en glassvegg som slipper halvparten av vannet ut på gulvet. Svære soppdannelser i hjørner på badet gjør hele dusjopplevelsen til en ekkel opplevelse.

Vi spenderade 4 nätter och valde hotellet på grund av pris, läge och att de har pool. Poolen är en simbassäng där människor simmar, även icke hotel gäster. Frukosten var generös utan att vara extravagant. Väldigt barnvänligt - utom poolen som inte är så lek vänlig. Lätt att gå till centrum. Massor med restauranger nära.

Ok experience, Small rooms, heating system not operativ, radiator had air inside the system and made fun noise all night. Plus for bathtub - for almost no power outlet´s near bed. Stayed for almost 3 weeks and there was a lot of slaming with several doors in the hallway during the night exactly at the same time a couple of nights 04:00 am. Pillow was very hard and big and not to mention the enoying latex sheet on the bed. Breakfast is average and nothing fancy. On the positive side, rooms are clean and housekeeping good and the hotel is situated very close to lot´s of restaurants. Will I stay here next time am in Gydnia?? Probably not, might be a good place in the summer as distance to the beach is short

Great location for exploring tricity and Hel. By the beach which was very nice with a promenade. Lots of places to eat from nearby. Great breakfast. Hotel’s restaurant had very little choice and service there was extremely slow. Small portions but nice. Ate there only once for those reasons.Car park at the hotel at discounted price for guests. Pool area very disappointing. Water very cold. Busy with kids swimming club. There also was a group of people learning to scuba dive…but we still managed to have a little swim and they gave us a towel and key for locker. Changing room mixed everyone together. Something that was new to me and I didn’t like that experience. Thought to warm up after pool in sauna but that wasn’t working… Rooms are very tired but slept well for three nights. Kettle in the room but cups and glasses very dusty. Water machine available for as much water as you like. Still or sparkling. Wi Fi working fine, no issues. Same to TV.
