Great location on the lake. Nice restaurant with good selection of local cuisine. Easy to get Uber and be in the Olsztyn’s Old Town in minutes.

Great hotel with a spa and pool. Amazing breakfast… so many choices and so much food . Beach is not too far from the hotel… the hotel has a mini beach but mainly for kids ( very shallow) it has a great walking path around the lake. Restaurant the port was good and opened til 11pm which was great. We only stayed one night but should have made it a longer.

A pretty new facility with nice views of the lake, an indoor lap pool, sauna, outdoor dining, boat rentals, and good food.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, good food and service. Sadly, I've noticed that the pool and windows at the pool are not cleaned enough. It's supposed to be an 'infinity pool', but you can hardly see anything through the glass surrounding the pool. Besides that, everything seems nice and it's definitely worth recommending for a short gateway.

Nice location friendly and clean

Great stay. Extremely helpful staff, comfortable, clean and modern rooms, lake views. Luxury feel but with an informal style meant always felt comfortable around the hotel and dining areas. Complimentary spa was fantastic and left feeling great. Saw some comments pre visit about sauna being small - can’t understand this from my perspective, you could fit a bus in there! 10/10 would stay again

The best hotel in Olsztyn! I visit almost every weekend. I am addicted to the hotel.

We loved almost everything about the hotel: the location, the views, the size of the room and a comfy bed, amazing breakfast buffet, spa facilities among other positives. One thing I would improve is the rules for using the wellness zone. The area is obviously popular with families, especially when the weather is not so good however it happened a couple of times that the wellness zone seemed more like an aquapark and not a peaceful place to relax. I suggest that the hotel should introduce adult only hours, for example after a certain time to facilitate a relaxing time for all. The quality of coffee at breakfast could also be improved as it's not fit for a 4 star hotel.

Stay in this hotel for 2 nights business trip in Olzstyn and did love it. The staffs were very helpful and speak english. The lake is beautiful. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to travel in that area of Poland.

Nice modern hotel, with lovely view of the lake. Room was very sleek and comfy. Bathroom very stylish. Breakfast had a very good selection of quality food. Small gym on site. Pool was always quite busy and not overly appealing to go in. They seem to allow dogs in the hotel which I didn’t like as I heard one crying when it had been left in the room but other than that no dogs were seen. Great view of the sunset from the lake. I stayed in the premium rooms which were worth it for the location and view of the lake. Definitely glad I stayed here for sure. Much better than I anticipated. I think some of the other reviews I read were too harsh.
