Very nice hotel

Front desk staff was not professional. I've booked a room for 2 nights, Sept 9 and 10, with checkout on Seot 11, and was late getting to Warsaw. When i arrived in the morning if September 10, i was told my room was occupied and i have to wait to check in. Seriously, how does it happen that you pay for the stay and you cannot check in. Front desk staff was simply unprofessional. Luckily when i saw a manager walking by, i explained the situation and was checked in right away. Please train your front desk staff.

We’ve stayed at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel many times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. On top of that, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps away from the terminal, which makes catching an early morning flight out of Warsaw stress-free. Highly recommend, and we already looking forward to our stay!

I did not like the fancy water tap with additional hole splashing water around, powdered cream for coffe.

The access to the airport was incredible- less than one minute's walk and I was able to just pick up a luggage cart and walk straight across the drop off lanes into the departures hall. Design is aggressively quirky in a way I like. Also liked that they've replaced single use plastic water bottles with a refillable glass carafe.

The gym, the spa, the sauna and steamroom, the water refill station on every floor including for sparking water, and the spacious lobby with great modern decor, good bar, good food and very decent coffee (not a given in many places!)

I did like the stay clean and quite

Fantastisk hotell, nydelig frokost

This is a lovely hotel. Room was large. Air conditioner worked well. Easy to catch uber right outide to go into town. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Highly recommend this hotel if you have an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable. Very close to airport, food and taxi options.
