If the apartments are not available, it is better not to go to regular rooms at this "hotel."
Dirt, stench, and poverty—these three words best describe my experience.
In addition, there is an unsealed window through which noise from a very busy street comes in, and in the morning you wake up with a sore throat.
Generally a nightmare!

Fine hotel and all but I got a room towards the street and I have never experienced noise issues this bad - it sounded like the traffic was more or less in my room so didnt get much sleep
